I placed an order online thru the app, for delivery thru door dash. I realized after I submitted the order one of the sandwiches I ordered was the wrong one. I called the store and spoke to the asst manager, I think his name was Mike. He went above and beyond, and corrected the wrong sandwich before the dasher arrived to pick up the order! I appreciate this so much as this was for a co worker, not myself. I appreciate you so much! Keep up the great work!
I takes a lot for me to pry open my wallet and even more for me to write a review. I order from the Lebanon location just about every day. The staff is always super nice and my picky kid never complains about her roast beef sandwich.

Very friendly both employees. I was disappointed in the white wrap, as I wouldn't had known it was stale until I bit into it after leaving establishment. Was like eating through parchment paper. IF I were to get a wrap in future, I'd request to pull a wrap out that's underneath top.
