The sanitary conditions at this subway is suspect because they now have the view of them building your sub blocked so you can not watch them. They have the window that separates you from the ingredients covered by a stainless steel panel that blocks your view. This was not like that the last time I was here approximately 6 weeks ago. So they are hiding something, wichis very disturbing! The subway experience for me was that you pick your bun type, then follow it down the line as the employee adds your toppings. Now I can't help but to wonder what's going behind the panel blocking the view.I won't be going back to this particular store or any other subway that blocks the Viewty them building your sub.

Atmosphere topped the food here. Went here twice to see if the experiences would be different. I felt rushed trying to put ingredients into a sandwich. They also barely put anything in extra that I was charged for. Never going to this Subway again.

The food was ok because of the nice, professional young man that made it. 1 star because of the disgusting treatment by BRITTANY. So my gf & I were just grabbing a sub for dinner with our service animal being present with us. BRITTANY was terribly rude the whole time! The first problem was after we ordered at 7:42pm on Dec 6, 2023 when we asked about the closing time BRITTANY rudely responded "9pm, if you read the sign out front". 2 minutes later Brittany walked out to our table and said rudely with an attitude said "the manager said you can only have service animals here" I responded "the dog is a service animal" then Brittany, once again having a extremely rude, more aggressive and more unprofessional tone in her voice said "If you don't have papers then you must leave", I responded "it's against the law to ask to see service animal but we will very gladly leave" so as she marched back out of sight before we could exit the store she was mumbling something under her breath. I'm perfectly happy with never coming to this location again and posting about this on social media,

I have frequented this sub shop for lunch since arriving in area due to its convenient location. The sandwiches are average at best, but it is not the food that concerns me in this review - it is the employees OR their inconsistency in point of sale item entry. Ordering the same combination of items day after day reveals that prices charged fluctuate. The normal charge, I believe to be correct, is $6.97. But at irregular frequencies, the price varies as much as $5.00. After paying $11-something for a lunch that normally costs $6.79, I will not return. I would advise anyone to steer clear of the convenience of having teenagers assemble a lunch and gamble on what you might be charged. In fairness to Jerry, the store-made rolls were good and earns them one star. The people have cost them four.

So I went after my shopping like most, and the one worker with pink/red hair was not wearing a mask and touched bread with her bare hand. The second thing I have is that I asked for extra cheese and they acted like they put cheese on my sandwich and put it back in the bin. Pathetic.

I went in to get two foot long subs. First, the service was extremely slow and i was the only one in there ordering at the time. Second, while the girl was making my sub she picked something up off the floor with her gloves on and then looked at me, and continuing making my sandwhich with the same gloves on. This is discusting. Third, i got charged an extra 5 dollars for alittle extra ham. I will not be ordering from this subway again.
