Cheese in the cheese fries was literally cold and not melted

Ordered online for pick up, waited 30 minutes before going to pick up, when the app said it was ready. Once we got there, we went inside to get the food, only to be told that they hadn't started making it yet. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food, to then get the wrong food.On top of that, the drive-thru line wrapped halfway around the building, and the line inside was at least 10 people deep.

This restaurant was not clean or sanitary at all. They weren't busy, and the workers stood around while the trash cans were overflowing and the tables were dirty..
Waited in drive thru line with an in app for over 45 mins inside was empty and drive thru line was 10 cars deep idk what they were doing inside but then food was cold cheese on burgers not melted what a joke and for the prices you pay nowadays for fast food the food and service sucks. Plus the inside is always dirty food all over floors counters dirty trash full no ice. I could go on but this particular store has gone way downhill

Really good food hot and fresh customer service was excellent they were very helpful and pleasant.. it was very early they had just opened for breakfast and I have to say it made my day with this experience thank you Wendy’s employees..Parking: I really enjoyed my experience this morning. They were extremely pleasant seeing as I was there before opening hours they opened up immediately and served me hot fresh food. Thank you Wendy’s employees you really made my day.
Went to Wendy's tonight and there was this really attentive girl working there. She was really helpful with her coworkers and since I had 2 trays to carry to my table along with some lemonades she offered to bring the food to the table. I said I had it but she still insisted and brought it. That was really nice of her, her name is Yessenia. Thank you Yessenia for being a gold employee. I appreciate you. The food was really good too and they made it in good time. I enjoyed my visit to this wendys.
