Amazing manager!! When he's there that place is running optimal I'd say. I've been there over the years and it's been hit or miss but I've noticed consistency in great FF becoming a norm again at this location ?? One of the best baconators I've ever had. My wait time was like 5 seconds. Amazing!! They earned 5/5 ?????Parking: No issues with parking. Plenty of room.
Bought a single pretzel baconator, it had 3 small pieces of bacon on it. Took it inside and showed the manager she said "that's the way they are, have a nice day". Really? Look at a picture online or on the menu board, has ALOT of bacon. This has been sent to the corporate office, tired of getting ripped off!

I bought lunch here several days through the mobile app. The service was quick and the food was always ready when I got there. I like their app better than other restaurants because it lets u complete a purchase before u arrive so the food is ready when u get there. Some other companies don’t do that. Decent food for a decent price.
Troy is the best & deserves a raise, always does/shows outstanding customer service better than any other fast food in lebanon. always keeps his customers happy. also wanted to add morning shift is always almost 90% correct, mid shift is bumpy sometimes within months of going!

This was awsome!! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and really spicy. I would for sure go back and get it another time. 10/10 would recommened

Went to Wendy’s and sat in the drive thru for 10 min. Nobody came to take my order or anything. They were open. Went past and they were all sitting at the tables doing nothing. Awful. Poor poor service. Absolutely disgusting.

Went there a few minutes ago and the doors are locked, no sign on the door either. Drive up appeared to be open but they must be short staffed or something so we sent to Burger King down the street instead.

Night shift burger makers are not following instructions, it is very unprofessional to sell a Jr bacon as if was baconator scamming clients.
