This is a city neighborhood kind of place. Probably not the cleanest, probably not the best food. But the service is friendly and the food is super cheap! They say it's a bar but no alcohol is served so it's misleading. Hot dogs are what they are known for

The Penn is a place very dear to me as i have spent a lot of time there in the past year with my friends. I first went there right after i turned 21 and a year later it is still my go to bar. They've made many renovations to make the atmosphere even better than it already was! They have pool tables, a dart board, and they updated their TouchTunes. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, the bathrooms were just renovated and were always kept decently clean. The service is also excellent. Every bartender and bouncer in there is awesome, and the owner is one of the nicest ladies in town.

Upscale restaurant in downtown Lebanon on Cumberland Street. NY style hot dogs. Great menu. Excellent and pleasant service. Easy in and out for a quick breakfast or lunch. Parking all around. No doubt the best breakfast in town! The bacon, egg and cheeses are cooked fresh and taste great! Lunch here is amazing too! You HAVE to try the "chili sauce" it makes every hotdog and hamburger mouth watering!!!!' THIS PLACE IS A GO TO!!!!!!

I have a long history with the Penn, my Dad and I would go there for hot dogs my Mom would send us. Mikes Dad and Mom were the best and I think the lady on the hot dog side was an aunt loved her. Great memories there and the best hot dogs. I miss those days with my Mom and Pop.
