I came here with my uncle once to try and use coupons and two ladies there gave us attitude because the coupon wasn't for that restaurant. We ended up paying over $30 for 3 hoagies. We said we wanted to talk to the manager and the one said she was. Whether or not she was, I do not care but regardless if you manage a place you should have a nicer demeanor to customers. The sandwiches were very bland too. No flavor at all which doesn't make sense. Don't think I'll be coming back here unless they get rid of some of the staff that works here.

Arrived at 8:55PM to a restaurant with the lights on. Two people are inside the restaurant along with the person behind the counter. As I pulled up the person behind the counter turned the lights off and had one of the males inside the restaurant go and lock the door to the restaurant. I approached the door and knocked on it and pointed out the fact that the closing time was 9:30. The girl behind the counter came to the door, unlocked it, and told me that she had to close early due to being by herself. When asked who the two individuals were inside the restaurant with her she stated that those two individuals were coworkers.Attached is a photo of the restaurant at 9:01 PM 3/21/2024After this review I am also sending this to the district and corporate representatives of subway.

Guess they can pick and choose what hours they want to work without updating online. Pulled up to the Hyde park location and was greeted with a sign saying they'll open back up at 3:30 decided to wait about 15-20 minutes and no one ever showed.

The woman that waited on me tonight must have been having a bad day, poor attitude,ask for more dressing was told I could only have 1 packet cause they were big. Not really for anyone to say how much dressing I use when I’m paying.

Put an order in on line it clearly says White bread I get home and it’s wheat I can’t eat wheat so thanks for that!! Also the lady that was there was really rude when I went to pick my food up. She looked me right in my eye while rolling her eyes like she didn’t want to be there after I told her thank you before I walked out the door!!!

Went to get food there yesterday and the “regional manager” was highly rude and kept rolling her eyes when my boyfriend was telling her how he wanted his sub and when he wanted it toasted she threw the sub in and slammed the door when my boyfriend told her about her attitude (because it’s every time he goes in there she’s rude) she kicked him out! If you’re that miserable your have to treat people that way then you should really quit and look for something else! There are some great people that work there that are awesome but that one woman has got to go! A lot of people have complained about her and her attitude!

The ladies had an attitude as soon as you entered the door!?? Tables were All Dirty!?? When I asked them to toast it, she shoved it in slammed the toaster oven door!?? They both should have gone home.. Not Returning!

The place is filthy. The employees are rude. They are always out of product. I also do Uber eats and the food is never ready or they claimed they never received the order. Go somewhere else. This place stinks.

I haven't bought Subway because it honestly was average. I went today and was pleased everything was fresh and delicious. The shop was spotless and the sandwich maker was topnotch. She did a wonderful job, also she was polite and appreciated being tipped ( why don't people tip anymore) are we losing our manors? My Dad always said if you are unable to tip don't eat out.
