This must have been the nicest Burger King I've ever been to . I was having a problem with the online app ordering so I decided to call the store. The manager his name is Jesse had answered my call and did nothing but show excellent customer service on his behalf the phone call was pleasant my problem was resolved when I arrived at the store it was running like a Swiss watch again the manager greeted me at the drive-thru window apologizing for my inconvenience and resolved my issue I would recommend this store to anyone and the manager Jesse he's an employee at Burger King should keep for life thank you Jesse had a wonderful experience I will come again
They have forgotten at least one thing in most of our orders appropriately 7 times & May 7th 2022 we went through the drive through & my fiancé asked for an impossible whopper to be put through the broiler twice then it was repeated to him the way he said it & he repeated it just in case & said "yes & please make sure the impossible burger is put through the broiler twice, it's very important." the employee replied "okay." he also stated along w/the impossible burger to add extra everything. When we got home the impossible whopper was not put through the broiler twice after being told twice & that it's important & (on the receipt), not extra everything (on the receipt) & all of food was cold. We called Burger King & told them how often food has been missing & now this situation & she said I understand, you can come back out & we'll give you your food free. We didn't want to drive distance or back in the rain so I broiled my burger & gave our name for the free meal & said we should get free meal cards for all of this & we're not happy with all of this & something better change bc I used to work at Burger King & it was Never like this.
