I've lived several places and you always need that local hole in the wall Chinese take out place. After trying a few after moving to Jim Thorpe, China Ming is not only the best in the area but one of the best I've ever had. The menu is standard but the food quality is just exceptional. I don't know what they do differently, slightly different recipes or fresher ingredients but it's far and above other places. It's become a regular go to on nights no one feels like cooking.Vegetarian options: The tofu that comes with the General Tso's tofu is something very special!! It's amazing.

I love this place! I always order mushrooms in garlic sauce combo. I ask for no onions in my rice and haven't had a problem. Unlike other places when I ask for no onions and they're always on my food anyways! Way better than the Chinese food place by Giant on 443!

Visiting some relatives close by and decided to try China Ming for takeaway. Very pleased with the quality of food, price, and quantity. Very nice staff as well. Glad we decided to give it a go.

So I love crab Rangoon and being I am local I figured let me try this place out. Well man I really found it mundane and just missing something. Maybe they don't use that seasoning MSG or whatever but the crab Rangoon was over cooked borderline burned and the rice and dishes were just meh.I doordash though and I gotta say they are super friendly and just really hard working nice people!! It always brightens my day to see them.
