Food (Tom Yum Tofu soup, Mango curry, Thai smoked chilli with chicken, sweet and sour curry with Seafood) were excellent. Coconut custard was a big disappointment. It had no taste and didn’t meet our expectations of how a dessert would be. Good service (not fast). Don’t go if you’re in a rush. They can do modifications. I asked for Tofu instead of shrimp in soup and they were able to accommodate. I also did not like how loud it became when all the tables were occupied. We could not hear each other on our table and had to shout to make ourselves heard over the room noise.

VERY SLOW SERVICE!! It took over 1 hour and my food wasnt even done. I ended up just not take the food and leave.UPDATED 4/27: This time my order was prepared pretty fast. Food tastes decent/good. I can see myself coming back for more.

The owner is AWESOME and is always incredibly gracious and hospitable whenever I come in for takeout. I'm all about the Thai Basil and Mango Curry right now, highly recommend both dishes. Will continue supporting this local gem of a restaurant.

My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant and we could not be more happy that we did. What a "charming" place.The food was absolutely delicious. We had the papaya salad, drunken noodles and red curry (the latter two with tofu). Each was freshly and carefully prepared. Flavors were exquisite. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff.Service was friendly and attentive. Contrary to some other reviews, the wait for our order was not unreasonable - and the place was pretty busy, including a fair amount of take out orders. If wait problems existed before, they don't exist now.Because we had no reservation we sat at the bar/counter. It was very comfortable. My wife appreciated a little hook for her purse.My only issue was that I had a view of food coming out of the kitchen and I kept interrupting our conversation to say "oh, that looks good, we should try that!"We look forward to our next visit. This is now our place for fresh, flavorful, authentic Thai cuisine. We will make a reservation and bring friends!

Friendly staff and excellent ambiance. It's very welcoming, cozy, and warm. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the Tom Yum Soup. It is the best that I have had. WARNING... Thai Hot is HOT! I love spicy and authentic Thai cuisine, so I was in Heaven. Repeat customer here.

The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Would go there again without hesitation. The owners, Joy & husband, are so welcoming and hospitable. I've been there twice-once solo and once as part of a larger group. The wait time for our meals was reasonable considering the place was at full capacity, so I would not say service was slow as previous reviewers had mentioned. Overall a very lovely experience. I went there last Wednesday the guy who took my order took forever didn't understand me as I asked for hot coffee bought an ice coffee and a lady took order there was much confusion as why there a different person taking an order so disappointing this my soup was cold but mention that as I am sad the guy was so confused and I will be going somewhere else wrong order I had high hopes but the service was truly horrible
The food is great and we recommend it all the time to friends and family. If you have not tried it yet, you are missing out!

After my first 5 star experience and yelp review, we wanted to celebrate a special day at Charm Thai. Went there with the same expectations of having some yummy Thai food. Even though I understand it was a Saturday night, the service was extremely slow. And we got our food after approximately 45 minutes. The Drunken noodles were alright. The fried rice tasted like just white rice with some veggies and raw cherry tomatoes on it. Absolutely NO FLAVOR. In their defense, they did offer to fix it but it was still very mediocre. Won't be back here.
