I agree with the soap comment. The pastry in itself was fresh and had the right texture and ultimately a great recipe but it had a strong essence of Fabuloso cleaning product or something like it.

We stopped by Saturday morning to purchase pastries to take to our relatives who live out of town; the owner was not real friendly and we got a bad batch of pastries. We bought a small box of a variety of pastries and when we served them to our relatives, we all agreed they had a soap-like taste, so we threw them away, as they were unedible. Our family was in the Italian bakery business and they said they may have used a soap-like cleanser to clean their display cases and it absorbed into the pastries. I will stick to the Mechanicsburg location - always had great success there.

Hours are wrong. Website and door say open until 7 PM. Arrived at 6:02 and it was closed. Found a small sign in the corner with different hours. Will update when it's actually open.

Todays date 1/4/2024I stopped by this place . Sort of made a special trip. There is a sign on the door . “We are closed for renovations”.Website states that they are open and close at 7pm tonight.Very disappointed. You would think that they would have updated there website Not so sure I’ll come back

My husband and I tried this bakery last weekend. The cannolis, pistachio cannoli cake (AMAZING) and French horn were delicious! Definitely buy the large cannoli instead of the small cannoli, if not you will be wishing you did! I also had a cappuccino which was very good. The tiramisu however was very soupy and lacked flavor I was very disappointed bc it looked amazing and it was $7. We will definitely go back again!

Amazing cookies! Bought a few of their Sfogliatelle, Donuts, a slice of pizza and Italian fig & rainbow cookies . Their sfogliatelle were to die! Beautiful and delicious, the cream was delicate yet sweet. Perfect for an afternoon treat. The real star though was the pizza. Run, don't walk. It's light fluffy and so flavorful. They know what they're doing. bakery pizza has always been a fun surprise to try at every Italian pastry shoppe I go to. This one did not disappoint! The shop itself is adorable and decorated for Christmas. You can tell they love what they do. Will definitely be back!

Very nice guy who talked to us for a while. Absolutely loved the sweets and pastries, the flavors really complimented each other. Especially in the sponge cake custard dish and the tiramisu! The shop was one of few bakeries opened during a holiday weekend and such a pleasant surprise to us unfamiliar with the area.
Was anxious for the place to open. Went on a Tuesday just around lunchtime. Only non cookie items were arancini. But plenty of cookies in boxes and trays. Bought 2 boxes of cookies and a cappuccino for $28. The cookies were delicious but the rainbow cookies developed a fuzz on the third day. Going to stick with the other location.

Just went in to Massimo's in Lemoyne, pa. I was excited to try what looked like a true Italian spot. I asked the guy if they cut up the meatballs when they make the sub. He said yes they have to because it's a big meatball. I hate it when they cut up meatballs. It's a meat BALL not a meat chunk sub. So I said never mind I'll just get the Italian sub. He said ok then walked away and never even asked me what I wanted on it. So I just left. Oh well.

We came inside on a whim and the atmosphere is so clean and friendly. The owner is so sweet and she makes everything fresh. Definitely will be returning!! Everything was delicious especially the pizza and subs!

I was there at 7am wasn't open the man came at 710am I went back over asked if he was open and he said no and locked the door it would be nice if u would change your hrs if u not going to be open at 7am for the ppl that would like to take bakery ideas to share at work thank you

I have frequented this bakery several times since recently finding it! If you haven't tried it - YOU SHOULD! Everything is delicious- the homemade bread (which is baked every day) is just over the top!!!
