Unfortunately, I waited about 1hr and 20mins for my delivery (1 large pizza and 6pc wings). The pizza was undercooked towards the crust area, the dough was sticky/tacky, pretty much raw. Called the store for my money back, the manager seemed kind.

I attempted to pick up an order. I was told it would be 20 more minutes as it was not even in the oven. As I went back out to my car, I noticed the "manager" was outside in the back checking on kids she had in a car outside while she was working apparently...might be why orders are not getting made

Ordered pizza 4:30pm. Pizza expected 5:20-5:31pm. Pizza never came. Papa John web site for Customer Service is totally automated so you can never give your feedback! Tried calling store only after the application would never give me option of calling store. Had to lookup phone on internet. Called store. Hit "5" to talk to manager. Phone system constantly recycles and advertisement (they were never answering the call. Pizza showed up at 7:30pm. I informed DoorDash delivery driver, that I was expecting the pizza 2 hours ago. He stated he had to wait 10 minutes at the store for the pizza! Very frustrated that the company took every effort to NOT deal with their customers!!

Every time I go there, I wait a long time. The strange thing is that there is a woman who works there and her child is with her. She leaves the customers aside until she finishes with her child. I think that the presence of the child there will cause her danger because the ovens are hot.

I love Papa John's but this one is a little more sketch. You can see the pepperoni is cooked but the cheese and dough is way under cooked and during a slow time. Not happy at all.

Felt the cashier was a little pushy on a deal that was being promoted. Also, there was a sign for employees about not adding tips to receipts, like people have stolen extra tips off people. Made me feel uneasy. A sign like that shouldn't be where the public can see. Knowing it can happen at Papa John's makes me never want to visit another location again.
