Use drive thru. They are way too slow if you go inside. No one at the register. You have to use kiosk to order and if you want to pay cash, you are at the staff's mercy. They see you but don't acknowledge you or ask if you need help.When you do get their attention, they are polite and the food is good.

I went here to pick up an order for the people on my unit. And when they ran out of coffee, Instead of having me wait a few minutes I watched as they dumped out more just to add ice. The lady that was originally taking care of me was going to remake the coffee until what I think was the manager that came over and just added more ice.

Tried to do a drive through order. Asked for a few minutes to look at the menu because it's been YEARS since we went to Taco Bell. We were interrupted four or five times in two minutes by different employees. And they said about they were competing for times. Ushered us to come inside in the pouring rain with a newborn or place a mobile order, since the order time was running for THREE minutes. Never again. Drove off. Hope this helped your "competition" lucky there's no option for zero stars.

Between myself, family & friends, we’ve ordered from this Taco Bell numerous time and every time we’ve either gotten the wrong order or missing items. Especially with everything going up in price, you’d expect to at least get the food you ordered!!

Idk how the service is soo bad after building a new building but it is. I got charged for someone else's order and didn't get a refund.. then went back n got all my food throw in my bag and it was cold.. a $50 order might I add. This place has gone down the whole. Thumbs

Ordered from them last night. The new remodel is very clean still, even the bathrooms.Not entirely a big fan of only having the kiosks and not even having the option of ordering at a cashier but in this day and age that’s pretty standard.However I was very impressed that they got our food order right.My wife asks for several customizations to her food and they were done completely right, not something we see at every Taco Bell.Also the chalupa shells were not overfried, something else I see a lot of at other branches.Will be returning her for sure in the future. Much better than the Mechanicsburg branch.

This location is very well taken care off. The whole restaurant is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and making sure your order is correct and fresh. A+++Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces right outside the double door entrance. Plenty of space inside to move around without difficulty.

Great addition to the neighborhood. Quick in and out through the drive up. Food was fresh. The cashier was awesome. Will be stopping in to eat inside one of these days. Definitely recommended.

i usually go to taco bell every week place is clean but food is always thrown together lady who takes orders she is always so pleasant and sweet always has a smile on her face i had to. ask her name , her name was rachel i will keep coming just to get greeted by her /Kid-friendliness: rachel is always smiling and nice . guy who has girl hair is always rude and don’t think person should even work there .

Forgot an entire crunch wrap and drink. Asked for extra mild sauce for 2 full meals and we got a total of 4 sauces. The Crunchwrap was soggy… the Baja blast was good
