I normally enjoy my visits to the Pizza Grille (in Lemoyne), but the Camp Hill location is less desirable. The staff, the attention to detail, the courtesy, is night and day between the two locations.My recent experience with Camp Hill was a delivery with GrubHub. I ordered a Blueberry and Sunflower Seed Salad. It is one of my favorites. However, I always substitute the blue cheese with feta cheese (I just dont like blue cheese). Placing the delivery order was a bit confusing, so I called The Pizza Grille to ensure that they understood I wanted to substitute the blue cheese with feta cheese. The person answering the phone assured me there was no issue with the substitution and that she verified with the kitchen staff the request would be accommodated. The salad still came with blue cheese. When I called back to advise there was an issue with the salad, the manager on duty was short tempered, but did state he would approve a refund through Grubhub.This was not a friendly experience, and the order was still incorrect despite my efforts to ensure it would be correct.I did not have an issue with Grubhub. They delivered the food in a timely manner.I also never have an issue with this substitution at the Lemoyne location. I wish Lemoyne offered delivery through GrubHub!

We had lunch here last week while visiting the area. I had a crab cake over a caesar salad. Though I had eaten here in the past and never had a problem, this time there wasn't enough dressing on the salad, and my husband said his cheese steak was lacking in cheese. The crab could of used a bit more seasoning too. The service was fine. We were a bit disappointed in the overall quality of the food vs. the other times that we had eaten here.
