I called and very politely said "hi, can I place an order for delivery?" I got dead silence. After a few moments I said "hello?" He replied what's your phone number? Gave phone number. He said aright, so I ordered first item, anything else, gave second item and so on. Asked anything else after every item as if he couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Twice I said I was paying with a card so he then asked cash or card. Was very annoyed I said card. Gave the number, he was trying to hang up, said can I put a tip on the card, did so, he said 45 minutes and hung up. Didn't give me a chance to say side door OR my address, which he never asked for so I don't even know if it's gonna come. I spent over $60.00 and I felt like I was a huge inconvenience...very, very poor customer service! Haven't tasted the food yet but if it's not amazing, I'll be back to post about it.

A mom and pop owned, local pizza joint. Everything is great there from the friendly almost family like vibe to the delicious food. One of my personal favs.

Order on grub hub. Order a buffalo chicken sub hot came with no sauces on it. Asked for utensils came with no utensils. Order a burger and fries and came with no ketchup. Love to get some sort of refund put can’t figure out how to report to grub hub.

I came in recently for a slice of pepperoni and the staff was incredibly friendly. I wish I knew the ladies name who I spoke with but she was just the sweetest!!! I've never experienced such nice staff at other shops. Also lemoyne is a small little area, locals and I were chit chatting while I was waiting. Wonderful experience and great pizza! And great prices.EDIT: just went in to grab 2 slices of pepperoni to go for dinner and the young man working there decided to give me the last pepperoni slice for free!!! They close at 9:00 which is very soon so I suppose he didn't want to waste the last slice which makes sense, SO GENEROUS! Thanks ziederellies!!Parking: Kinda tricky where to find them if you're not from the area as it's on market Street so lots of other bright signs. Slow down (speed limit is 25) and take your time you'll see them and turn into parking which is never packed per say so you'll always have a spot.

I ordered via UberEats tonight..and I have to say this is the BEST food I’ve had in awhile especially coming from Ubereats. Everything was packaged amazing and very hot upon arrival. Food is amazing pizza was cooked perfectly…NACHO FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR. Z bread is very flavorful and delicious. Keep it up y’all are my new favorite pizza stop for sure!

We took our eight year old's birthday to Zeiderelli's because of its proximity to the Escap Room close by. They were awesome about feeding 15 people on a Sunday at 330PM. They could not have been more accomodating for the kids who were excited for pizza and soda! They were even cool with us having the cake and singing happy birthday, all of the waiting customers were super friendly and we made sure to guide them around as they walked into an unexpected party. Keiran was Awesome with having a party show up! Thank you!!!

They can’t seem to make 3 simple Italian sandwiches without screwing them up. Then to top it off they basically said “to many people try to scam them by complaining about their orders being wrong” ,then the assault cherry on top the guy omitted to messing up our orders but then says “I shouldn’t have waited so long to call it in” but I guess on the upside I’ll be able to get small discount off my next sandwich which I’m sure also comes with a something added or missing guarantee that it’s even made correctly! How bout I just take my money elsewhere and just pay the 100% and not get F’d over.. Best of luck if you order from here who knows you might even get what you ordered.Update; 1’st of all it was 2 subs that YOU screwed up but you were so busy talking over me I guess you couldn’t hear that part even though I said it 8 times (perhaps you were to preoccupied calling some of your customers thieves and scam artists) to hear what I said!2) you NEVER said “free sub” you said SMALL DISCOUNT which I declined, like I said didn’t want anything other then for you to know so going forward this can be avoided but instead you choose talk over me about other customers ripping you off.3) You sure have a high opinion for someone who can’t separate mayo no mayo, hot peppers and onions. But nonetheless my wife only stopped at your little four seater restaurant because she had to stop over there to pick something up, I literally didn’t want to order from you again because you are over priced and under value.Next time I’ll just eat $48 bucks atleast that way I can hold the mayo!

Stopped in one day right when they opened. Had a nice conversation with the owner while waiting for the food. We’ve been going here for years and they always make things right. One time we got delivery and an item was missing. Called and they ran it out to us nice and fast.

Ever since I moved to Harrisburg almost 3 years ago my husband always ordered Little Ceasars. I got a job at Spot Laundry in Camphill and my co worker ordered Zeiderellis.Omg amazing ?. Little Ceasars just gets so sickening. It tastes like cardboard. Seriously. My new pizza shop for sure.

This shop has taken a slight step down in quality over the last few years. Use to be my go to for lunches on Friday. They still get food out really fast and the service is always friendly. Sports are always on the TV, which I like. Unfortunately quality of food sometimes takes a back seat.Kid-friendliness: Always super friendly when I'm there. No foul language used. Good guys in the shop.Parking: Large parking lot.
