“10/22/23 When our son got married here about 14 months ago, this was just opening up. I think it's a splendid addition to this gorgeous hotel. It's bright, clean, chill and relaxing to enjoy a coffee or breakfast item here. The staff is ultra pleasant and polite. Not only do they have fabulous light breakfast- lunch selections but feast your eyes on the case that has all on site hotel Pasteur chef creations. Not only are they beautiful but they are absolutely delicious made with fresh ingredients. It's so nice to sit here with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. I'm so happy this beautiful cafe was added.“

“The girl that was taking our order was too busy speaking with the other men behind the counter and had to stop taking our order just to speak with the men instead of us. They're all rude and joking and making negative comments as we were trying to order They need to get better staff.“

“My experience with Lancaster Pie & Coffee began before even entering. My husband and I were reading the sign and then when we finally headed in the owner was there opening the door for us, because he saw my husband was using a cane. Once we were inside we were met with the prettiest cafe, local art to peruse, the incredible smell of pie and the warmest smile from the woman behind the bar / register. The vibes were top notch. So what about the pie? If you call yourself a pie place the pie should be, at least- good. Well, the pie is actually quite amazing. We tried the apple, blueberry and the lemon. The lemon was the showstopper, but all three were spectacular. It felt like coming home and home is perfect and has great pie. Their hot chocolate was good and included rustic homemade marshmallows. The tea selection was fantastic. One of my favorite things (and there were many from my experience), was the quiche. I've tried the quiche in just about every establishment in downtown Lancaster that offers it- none compare to the quiche here. I ordered the Swiss mushroom and it was a revelation. I feel bad for all of the other quiche makers everywhere else. So far behind..... Overall, I was immediately love stricken with the business. They deliver on every level. And the kindness and charm of the employees, owner and hostess must not be diminished. I have a handful of businesses in downtown Lancaster I order from or frequent quite a bit and the owners who are always there are rarely ever friendly or chatty, which is fine, but I wish there was more friendliness. Pie & Coffee has amazing food, fantastic pies and beverages and then the staff is so welcoming and sweet. It's all the things.“

“What a GEM we’ve found in Freshly Greek! The owner clearly really cares about the amazing food & the atmosphere. This place has the most amazing pita, hummus, drinks, and authentic Greek food! Inside decor is classy to boot, AND has an adorable kid friendly area with a classy play kitchen! “Pretty sweet coffee shop in downtown Lancaster. Coffee is good and the food was ok. I ordered a savory pastry that could have been warmed up but I was not offered that option. Be wary digital nomads, there is no Wifi offered at this shop, despite the name and numerous outlets under the seats.“

“Great smaller venue for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We arrived at 10 and there was a 30 minute wait. We wandered next door and people watched.Nice selection of customized crepes to pick from. I Ordered the Oyler. It was stuffed with meat and cheese as well as the other ingredients. I was full after I finished mine (should have boxed it to go).I had the vanilla chai latte. It's a large cup with a thick foam layer followed by spicy caffeinated goodness.We were glad we chose to eat here.“

“One of the best ice cream places in Lancaster! There are a number of delicious flavors and prices are extremely reasonable. My family and I tried key lime, banana pudding, and moose tracks, and loved all the flavors! You pay for the ice cream outside of their ice cream stand. Locals are obsessed with Dosie Dough because of their hours (open on Sunday), quick, good food, and free coffee multiple days throughout the month thanks to local businesses. Sometimes the baked goods could be a bit fresher in my opinion, but that's about it. They have some healthier options too like granola bars, 4 seed cookies, etc. I like that they have oat milk in their fridge for drip coffee.“

“A great coffee shop in downtown Lancaster! It has a hipster vibe to it, and plenty of seating. Seems as if the seating is designed for people to be able to work there. Coffee is delicious. There are plenty of baked goods. We didn't try any but they all looked delicious. It's super close to Lancaster Central Market, so it's easy to stop by for coffee and then shop at the market. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!“

“Every time i'm visiting family in Lancaster I have to visit this copper cup in Lititz. Everyone is always so kind & helpful so it gives a really nice atmosphere. My order is a large iced matcha with whole milk. I love a good quality matcha and they get a 10/10 from me! It has just enough sweetness while still getting that tea taste. They blend it so it has a great frothy texture! It is a must try if you're in the area“

“After being addicted to Dunkin' Donuts coffee for decades, I discovered Lancaster County Coffee Roasters at a local store. This is by far the best coffee I have ever had. I'm thoroughly addicted to Ross Street roast with Market House a close second. Do yourself a favor, go on their website and check out all their different coffees and buy some. You will enjoy superb coffee at reasonable prices.“

“I really drove up for a Chai Tea and a White Chocolate Hot drinks. I enjoyed these two drinks often. Unfortunately these two didn't survive the way home. The cups were defective and leaked. Unfortunately the bag tore when I reached my destination. No drinks but one hot mess. I called the restaurant and left the manager know and she graciously offered to replace. The drip coffee I got from their carafes was pretty good, hot, a few options available. And there are even a few tables outside, or you can sit on one of the lovely wooden benches as the morning light streams in from the windows of a lovely, clean train station. The owners have a dog who runs around the property and was just the sweetest thing, making the trip even more fun. I ordered a vanilla latte, which was good and had a strong espresso. I also ordered a brick house omelet to eat. Unfortunately it seemed like my omelet was forgotten about because they were in the middle of a rush, so I asked for it after 30 min. They then got it out quickly and it was delicious- filled with sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, and cheese. It was so big and came with toast, so I was stuffed by the time I was finished. Other than the service snafu, I really liked this cafe!“

“If you crave sos (creamed chipped beef on toast), they've got it. This one has an added egg and English muffin. A bit heavy but nostalgic. The French toast was very good and seemed to use two batters with a thorough custard soak and a crispy outer coat. Mocha was so good I had two.“

“You want a banger for a bakery look no further than La Dolce Vita. As the name suggests, the bakery expertly makes a huge variety of Italian desserts, which of those I have tried are excellent. And the bagels and cream cheese were some of the best we’ve had in Lancaster County.
