10/22/23 When our son got married here about 14 months ago, this was just opening up. I think it's a splendid addition to this gorgeous hotel. It's bright, clean, chill and relaxing to enjoy a coffee or breakfast item here. The staff is ultra pleasant and polite. Not only do they have fabulous light breakfast- lunch selections but feast your eyes on the case that has all on site hotel Pasteur chef creations. Not only are they beautiful but they are absolutely delicious made with fresh ingredients. It's so nice to sit here with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. I'm so happy this beautiful cafe was added.
