Food was really good but service was absolutely terrible. We were there an hour before closing and ordered five sushi rolls that were finished within 15 minutes. After finishing we were considering ordering more sushi but as we were looking at the menu the waiter gave us the check. Our friend ordered takeout previously and while waiting the waiter came to let us know they were closing for the third time. We left 30 minutes before closing. Jade Asian more like jaded asian.

Seriously horrible. They were having a dispute with previous customer, that should've been our clue to turn around and leave.Firstly, when you enter , it's like they don't want you there. You have to call them to come take order.Secondly the (I'm assuming) old man owner is super rude and he does not want you there. His reply to question - I don't know!!!We ordered two dishes. A pepper chicken and Thai basil chicken , which should've been greenBoth dishes were EXACTLY the same. Tons of onions, almost raw and barely 4 pieces of chickenThey serve in takeaway containers only. Two small foam plates, takeaway forks and dishes in plastic container. Rice in takeaway box. That's it.Eat and scootSeriously go next door for pizza. Avoid this place like covid

Food might be amazing, but I'll never know. Sat in there for 15 minutes being ignored in an empty dining room. Wouldn't have even waited that long normally, but our normal spot was closed for Chinese new year. 0 out of 10 on the service.

I'd give Jade Asian 14 stars if it was possible. Being vegan/vegetarian take-out can tricky. Between the tofu dishes, and sushi, there's a good amount of options, and the food is incredibly good.I highly recommend the green curry tofu.

Really disappointing since they basically offer take-out only. You can sit and eat, ordering from their take-out menu but they serve everything in take-out containers with cheap, tiny plastic utensils. The sushi was not great. Not only was it warm but my yellowtail nigiri was chewy and inedible. I mentioned it to the owner and he pretended he didn't understand me. We've eaten here many times pre-covid and I know he speaks English very well. We won't be back

Food is ok, tasty... although there are booths and dining area, service is not on plates. When requested plastic plates and utensils were provided.Menu selection large.

I could have given 4 stars it this was a take-out order. The moment we entered the dining room, I sensed something was wrong, so we should have immediately diverted to take out. The dining room is pleasant enough but there were no place settings and no other customers. There apparently are no real wait staff - just a couple women busy with take out orders and a rude man. "Service" is abysmal. We asked for hot tea and this Chinese restaurant had none - not even tea bags. The aforementioned rude man "served" our order in take out containers with separate paper plates. We asked for silverware and he pointed to the little paper bag with soy sauce and duck sauce packets and tiny plastic forks. (Pre-covid this was a nice dine-in place with actual plates and silverware and a nice waitress.) The "Happy Family", shrimp, and egg roll we ordered were good, but it would have been a more pleasant dining experience if we'd ordered take-out and eaten in our car.
