Their food is amazing and their customer service is fantastic. We normally get their pizza, cheesesteaks, pizza calzone, mozzarella fries, as well as hot wings. We have never been disappointed in anything that we've bought hereKid-friendliness: Always very friendly with my kids plus my kids love their food and my kids are extremely pickyParking: The parking lot is rather small for all the stores in the area however there is parking towards the back of the center that I can usually find parking spaces when I need to, most of the time I walk over.

Called to place an order over the phone. Menu says they have chicken salad hoagie. Wanted to order as a wrap. Was told by man on phone can't do that and he hung up on me. Then I called back and tried again. Man stated they can't do that and there to busy to deal with me and hung up again. I gonna place a huge order but Customer service is important to me. Won't be ordering from them again. This place use to be top notch. Extremely rude Customer service. Ordered from somewhere else.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and calamari. The calamari was great! The pizza was pretty good. As pizza is my favorite food, I can be a bit harsh judging pizzerias, and I can say Luigi's was not my favorite. That said, the pizza was good, I just prefer my chicken cut differently, but that's nitpicking on my part. The sauce was very good. The boom boom shrimp was spicy in a good way. Friendly guys working inside. The food was not ready when expected, but I had ordered pickup through the slice app so no sweat really. It took like 3 more minutes than expected. I would definitely order again if I return to this area.
I think the extra cheese with onions & green peppers was pretty good. I like the thin crust too.

Delicious white veggie pizza. Fried pickles are tasty. Cheesesteak and chicken caesar wrap both very good. And the people who work at Luigi's are always pleasant. I would say all around this is one of the best pizza restaurants in Levittown.
