Fries are sometimes too salty, and service is too slow when I want to pay with cash. Other than that food is good and nice atmosphere...Kid-friendliness: Cool light up table which keeps kids occupied, too bad they removed the playplace though...
The machine to order was on the fritz, so everyone had to use one because the girl said they don't take orders which I thought was rude. There were more dirty tables than clean.

Usually this place is okay. On this particular occasion I wasted my entire break waiting for an order. That snowballed into me not being able to do something on my break that completely affected my plans for later on that night. Usually this place is okay, but the wait times are usually always long. I'm okay with long but today was extra long. No real complaints about the restaurant, the food or the friendliness of the staff.
