What kind of panera is it? They are always out of bread 9 out of 10 times. Even after 2 years, nothing has changed. They are still out of bread most of the time

Good food but they disregard public safety… allowing people to park in the fire lane God forbid something happens… instead of keeping an eye out and telling people to park in a actual parking spot they allow people to use the fire lane potential causing an issue if a fire or ambulance issue arises… most likely won’t come back here until they start paying attention to safety and not just the money they’re making…
If the people working behind the counter spent less time talking to each other one more time waiting on customers, it would be a good experience. The manager guy just jumps in on the conversation with the ladies not acknowledging the customer. Patiently waiting. Maybe I don't know Be an actual manager and get the order finished and then finish your conversation? Just a thought

Normally I wouldn't do this kind of the review but I came in and use the regular kiosk and I went to the front to see whether I had any rewards. I sit in front of the Gen X well she counted her tips and never looked me in the eye even though I was directly in front of her never said anything I basically said hello and she looked at me and said somebody else will help you. I said something to the manager who came up to me and she took care of me so that's not a problem but I can't stand these ignorant and rude little kids there is no excuse their parents should have talked them better Panda restaurants should not be putting up with it

This place is Ok. My biggest issue is that they put boiling hot coffee in the iced coffee container. I'm not trying to drink melted plastic!!
