Do not go here for lunch unless you have time to kill. They make me wait in the drive through every time before taking my order, and then tell me the food I want will take 15 minutes to prepare. These aren't special orders or anything. It's food on their menu at lunch time. There's an Arby's and a Taco Bell in the same shopping center. Go somewhere else.
If you doordash something and they’re out of it, restaurant will just assume you wanted a completely different meal AND drink without asking.

This store need to learn how their own app works . Repeatedly i place an order for a certain pickup time arrive ten minutes past the pickup time to an empty store and they still haven’t even begun to make it . I then have to wait even longer for my food to be made which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead .
