“I'm one of the cooks. I'd just like to say, this is one of the few places I've worked where I still enjoy my job. From the bar tenders, to the owners, the other cooks, and the manager. They make you feel at home when you come in. Although, I did see a review about a cook stirring chili with a cig in their mouth..... We don't even serve chili“
“The bar may have been closed because they don't have a the pizzeria adjoining it is spectacular I came in, and there were two Spanish speaking gentlemen sitting there getting something brought to them by the cook.I didn't know what they were being served, but it sure looked good, so I asked for "what they're having with jalapeño peppers, please."Tostadas... man, they were so delicious, and I wasn't even hungry when I came in.My reason for going was just to play some pool, but since the bar was closed, might as well have lunch first.I've eaten at Pasquale's on numerous occasions and have always been impressed with the food that comes out to me but, let me tell you all,...COME FOR THE FOOD !!!“
“There is only one issue for me, and that is that it is a smoking bar.Their food is exceptional for a local tavern.I play 8-ball for a local league (Robert Morris) and used to be on the league at Vernon's Tavern, which was the name of this bar over 20 years ago.There are perhaps 6 pool tables here, and I know the league I was on won ? the year I was with them. Good players come out of this place.I was impressed at how well the service was on my first visit in many, many years.Get the smoking out, and the food and experience would be much greater.“

“The best neighborhood family restaurant!My favorite of all time: masala chicken or grill pork chop with side anchovies garlic olive oil pasta (Ooi pasta), end with espresso martini! Or hot sausage with broccoli rabe and sweet sausage escarole and beans!Every Tuesday night out dinner spot with our favorite bar tender Maryellen and the best cook Justin!Jo Jo is famous with it bar pie too! “We had a long wait to get a server to come by. My wife went to look for someone to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. The manager came by and apologized for the wait, blaming himself for the delay. He offered us a free appetizer for waiting which was nice. The food is always good but atmosphere is just so-so. I don't think the place has been updated in 20 years, so it's due.“
“Had a great dinner tonight with my family. Fish and chips were some of the best we’ve had in a while. Randall and Paul, or servers were very attentive, and we never had to wait for anything. Julie, the manager check to make sure everything was fine and, also got refills on our beverages. High recommend this establishment.“
“A friend and I went there on a Friday mid-afternoon. The place seems great. Want to go back when the place is really hopping. I believe the barmaid's name was Ruthie, I'd go back to see her alone. She was so funny and down to earth. We used to go there as kids for pizza before Roller-a-ma. Food was great, prices were decent. Gonna head back on a Friday night when it's at full swing. Seems like a really fun place with friendly people.“
