I did a pick up order at this location not too long ago so excited to try their new smoothie bowls. I’m a huge fan of Playa Bowls and considering they are about the same price I had high hopes. The portion is so tiny and they are very cheap with the fruit. Compared to the photos they have on their app and stores I would consider this false advertisement and not worth your $.

I order a combo with the grilled chicken ceaser salad and a smoothie let's just say it wasn't what I thought it would be it was like hide and seek for the chicken more lettuce then anything but the smoothie was awesome they should just stick to the smoothies I was very disappointed in my salad and the ask you for a tip when using your card like really

Horrible service! Smoothies are absolute trash! Asked for it to be remade because it as completely inedible! Told me they couldn’t because it was my fault I ordered that smoothie! Everything from the service to the owners absolute garbage! ?️

place sucks and owners don't even care about there employees worthless owners they don't give 2 shits about you i worked there for a bit and got fired bc i was sick and they needed me crazy guess getting covid gives me the ok to still come to work smh

Our family has purchased smoothies and sandwiches from Tropical Smoothie Café on 4 occasions. We just love the wide variety of items on the menu. The flavors are always clean and refreshing. Some of the food items seem a bit small for the price, which is the reason for 4 stars.

I was happy with our wraps and smoothies. The customer service was good. We had the Sunrise Sunset, Thai chicken wrap. Triple berry oat and Baja chicken wrap.
I give them a three cause they waste a lot of time when trying to Order on the phone they don’t accept over the phone orders so you have to go in and wait till your order so can’t be late and need food

They have the best smoothies. I always order ahead from the app, and they have my order ready in 5-10 mins . Very quick and the owner always greets with a smile.
