I ordered a breakfast panini. It was very good. I also ordered a side of hash browns. When the hashbrowns arrived they were mostly black. I can't eat burnt food. So after our meal, I brought it to the servers attention and all she said was "that's the way they are served, I recommend the " other breakfast potatos. I won't be going back. It's a "locals" spot and the servers know a lot of people but...the servings are small and our neighbors joined our conversation as we were talking. Wish I had taken a picture of the hash browns because "pan fried" should be brown, dark brown...not black.

Lived in Levittown my entire life and just ate here for the first time. Establishment was clean. We ordered 2 breakfast combos with pancakes. 1 regular combo with breakfast meat. Food was really delicious! The service wasn’t so great. I’ll give them that it was busy but wasn’t asked if we needed refills. When I asked the girl who walked by for a refill she looked at me. Then looked away and b lined it. Wasn’t asked how we were enjoying our food. If the service was there I would definitely rate them a 5.

How had I never been to Violetwood Cafe? It is such a cozy place with loads of regular breakfast customers. They have lots of daily specials, and I've been twice in recent weeks to try some of them. I particularly like the omelets and appreciate getting fruit instead of fried potatoes. I had a really good breakfast sandwich as well. Don't just drive by... try this place!

I ordered a combination platter that consisted of two pieces of bacon - one egg - three pieces of tiny French toast. $12.37!!! And it was barely edible. This place went down hill when they moved to Haines Road. Never again.
