I pulled up to drive thru as the only customer and waited for someone to wait on me. It took a long while. Finally placed an order, plank fish sandwich and a frosty. I inadvertently questioned my change as I thought I was giving too much change and caught a stink eye from the cashier. I was patient throughout the waiting and didn't need the attitude. Also my plank sandwich was crunchy and dry. I won't be back.

The bad- place was dirty. Food could have been hotter. Employees could be heard yelling.The good- Caden the cashier was very polite, speedy and had a hat on which is sanitary around food. They replaced the nuggets that dropped and Caden apologized for the 4 count that was missing.

It's been years since I had a Wendy's burger. High Cholesterol now, I loved them and wanted to be bad ( lol), what a disappointment dry and burnt edges. My naked potato was dry & they forgot my sour cream, my husband had chili & fries he liked them I liked the fries.

Stopped in to get some lunch. Wanted to wash my hands before ordering. Bathroom was out of both soap and paper towels. Makes you wonder how many employees were going back to work without washing their hands, doesn't it? Place was dead with one employee at the front just looking at his phone, so there was really no excuse. So I let them know and left without ordering. I'd strongly advise against going here.

Still has good food. But the you'll age 3 years going through the drive thru. Only to be greeted by the rudest most unhappy people you'll every meet. They throw your food in a bag swing it to you out the window and don't check to see if it's correct or even has napkins.Definitely a no go for me now.

So I order the Dave's double french fries never a lot of whole fries in the container pieces of fries never filled the way to container supposed to be filled as far as the burger goes the piece of lettuce that was on it made me sick to my stomach when I seen it and had to remove it because it looked like it was somewhere laying on the floor of the cooler and it decided to put it on a burger I think it's pretty pathetic that you can't even put a normal piece of lettuce on the damn Burger

My husband and I didn't get done work til late last night, so we figured we'd swing by Wendy's for late dinner since the google hours say drive thru open til 1am. We got there at 12:30am on Saturday night. The guy at the speaker asks what we want.. I respond... he then proceeded to say "we cant do that" and can't really make anything besides MAYBE fries and nuggets. I asked why he bothered answering the speaker if they can't make anything and he responded with "I thought you were a mobile order." Super confused what a mobile order would have to do with ordering off the regular menu. Regardless, it was a waste of time to drive up there when the staff in there obviously makes their own hours and shuts down when they want.

Only once or twice have I had something missed. However when going back they were great at making it right. No complaints other then pricing is getting a bit to high on some of the combos being the same as an actual restaurant.

Went there and ordered classic meal. No tomatoes on it. I guess that's their way of cutting back.They didn't cut back the price though. Chili wasn't at the top of cup either. I guess if they do that to everyone they save some good money. Went back again on another day ordered 2 chicken classic sandwiches one had everything the other only pickles.

Not the best Wendy's but their customer service has really improved. They used to be not so good with it but the current staff is nice and friendly. Got some food that wasn't the best so I went back and the staff not only started making fresh food right away I was offered a free drink and they apologized multiple times and very friendly. Customer service isn't easy I've worked it many times and it's easy to get annoyed but the crew here is doing a good job

Just a poorly run Wendy's. I usually try to avoid this location knowing that service is bad but I had a moment of weakness and stopped here. This order was done in so food eaten immediately. Fries were cold. Cheeseburger was only warm with condiments scattered over the outside. They were out of ketchup at the dispenser and the dispenser nozzle had dried ketchup that looked like it had been that way for a few days. The beverage machine was out of about half the flavors. It's just not worth the time or money to visit this store.

Victoria Fields

One of the employees was too busy giving free food to his friend to serve people that were waiting in line, manager looked at my grandmother 3 times and continued to ignore her waiting in line as well, and the food was cold. Definitely had better experiences here, sad this place isn't good anymore.
