Foods always good but the service is disappointing. They make it feel like it’s inconvenient to talk to them. When I had items missing from my order, very dismissive and rude when asking for it to be corrected.

This is a typical fast food restaurant. I've never had a problem with the food or service. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is I had to rate atmosphere. There's not much atmosphere in a fast food restaurant.

Went to this unsupervised Wendy on Lincoln highway Langhorne was in line for a whole hour and had not Ordered yet when my family finally made it close to the order speaker there wereTwo workers outside smoking and taking selfie of each otherLaughing and talkingLong store short One of the guys was the one taking orders and the other was walking around the store

Where to begin with this dump. Prices are not correct they over charge you. The cashier Barbra can't seem to understand what a to go order means. The same cashier touches money then sticks her dirty hands inside a french fry container and puts fries in it, very sanitary. Great management at this location. As ghetto as it gets.

The service was sooooo slow! We literally waited 30 mins for our food in the parking lot after sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins. We finally went into the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long and then they told us they lost the order. They wanted the receipt to prove that we ordered, but they didn’t give us a receipt. Worst experience at a “fast” food joint.

I don’t know who the straggly, ignorant, unprofessional drive thru attendant was today - but - I will not return. I very rarely go to Wendy’s - I don’t know the menu like the back of my hand. I asked for a #7 that had a picture of a double burger - $6.19 sandwich $10.96 meal- attendant says, do you want a single, double, or triple- whichever one is $10.69- he said that’s why I’m asking 1,2,3 patties. I asked which is $10.69 he said single, but who wouldn’t assume the picture of the double is what they are advertising as being $10.69. So I asked for the double- he gives me a single. Fast food workers want so much money- but lack customer service and common courtesy/ not everybody eats at Wendy’s on a regular basis.
