Stopped in for some chicken tenders, ended up buying the tender dinner, was tenders broastes potatoe wedges dinner roll and apple sauce.Second dinner had same but Cole slaw.Everything was good ??

After moving to the area we have been trying the pizza and sub shops to find the best cheesesteak. We have found that Allen’s Eatery makes the best cheesesteaks in the area from a pizza shop. Always consistent and delicious. They use a local bakery for their sub rolls and I think that make all the difference. Most places use pizza dough which is ok but Allen’s is something different. Not too big and not too small, just perfect. They are always pleasant on the phone and the order is always perfect. We love the cheesesteak with onions, red sauce on the side and the California style cheesesteak with onions, Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato. If you are in the Lewisberry area and want a good cheesesteak you need to try Allen’s Eatery.
Great food if you know what you like.
