I was returning to Lewisburg (from Boston) for a Bucknell Bison Chips 50th anniversary reunion and discovered this fine restaurant. I was impressed by not only the quality of food, but the presentation. This is no ordinary restaurant. It is cozy bistro painted warm tangerine and soft white with lovely hardwood floors. The overall experience was “city” in terms of its sophistication. Our food was carefully prepared, (not generic selections), our waitress and Elizabeth (owner) were pleasant and knowledgeable about many items on the menu. The grilled salmon was delicious, spring bistro salad was fresh and for dessert, our waitress brought out a sample tray all desserts for you to see beforehand. Nice touch! We chose the seasonal crisp w/ice cream, fruit. The overall experience was better than ordinary. It was exceptional! We loved the food so much that the next day we had lunch and ordered some elegant drinks (Lemon Cello) and snacked on pulled pork tacos. We will absolutely be returning someday.

I grew up in the area and lived locally all my life. I discovered Elizabeth's about a year ago and would like to share some good news about my experiences with this dining establishment. They have consistently delivered over the top service and food. I am hooked on their salmon entrees as it's hard for me to choose anything else. Their salads and desserts are also truly amazing! Service with a smile in a charming clean environment is all part of the experience. I took my wife to Elizabeth's over the weekend for her birthday meal and once again the experience was awesome! To top it off, Elizabeth's comped the birthday dessert for my wife as they do this for birthdays and anniversaries. I didn't know that. Their prices are reasonable for the total experience you receive. In my opinion, Elizabeth's is the best restaurant in Lewisburg hands down. If you are looking to go out for 5 star food and service, this place is for you.

Me and my wife have now eaten here several times and each time was quite enjoyable. The service is always friendly and attentive. Food is farm to table, fresh and they offer specials. They offer drink specials, a seasonal menu and great desserts plus you can purchase fresh baked breads.Located in downtown Lewisburg, there is street parking or several parking lots within a 1 block walk if unable to find a spot on the street.Reservations are recommended since it's not a large dining room, but they do offer meals to go if unable to get a table or want to order online. Highly recommend and we look forward to dining at Elizabeth's An American Bistro again in the near future.

We had my mother's birthday at Elizabeth's. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive to our group of 15. Thank you, Kate, for making my mom's 90th a special memory for us.Dietary restrictions: More attention to gluten-free options

Elizabeth’s is a wonderful restaurant! Made a reservation for dinner and the table was ready upon arrival. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be retuning. Everyone was so nice and the quality of the food was exceptional. Great local spot for lunch or dinner!

In search of the perfect bite we stumbled upon Elizabeth’s. My date and I shared the shrimp and scallop risotto, chicken sandwich, followed by dessert. All had the perfect balance of flavors, fresh, and perfectly prepared! Billy was our server and he is truly an asset to the establishment! His personality is welcoming, knowledgeable, very inviting, and he truly made our experience a memorable one. We will be back!

My husband and I ate here last night for the first time. We were greeted as if we had been there a hundred times before! Everything we got was made to perfection! Portion sizes were very generous; you will not regret going here for a nice meal! My husband had one of the specials, pork chops and I had the braised short ribs. Will definitely frequent this establishment!

My dining experience at Elizabeth Ann's American Bistro had its highlights and a few letdowns. The Seafood Risotto, while featuring well-seasoned seafood, fell short on the risotto's seasoning, which was somewhat disappointing. On the plus side, the staff, primarily comprised of friendly Bucknell University students, added a pleasant and welcoming touch to the visit. The desserts were a standout, offering a delightful conclusion to the meal. The restaurant's seasonal menu rotation is an interesting concept that keeps things fresh. I particularly enjoyed the Arancini, which was quite good. The overall ambiance exuded a nice upscale vibe, making it a great choice for a special occasion. In the end, I'd rate my experience at Elizabeth Ann's American Bistro a solid 4/5.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian optionsParking: It can be hard to find parking at times if it's busy in town.Kid-friendliness: Unless your kids are adventurous eaters I would not recommend.

Fresh seasonal food in a fancy yet cozy atmosphere. Salad of the day with fennel was perfect for a crisp early fall lunch. Bread served table side was presented still warm from the oven. Service was attentive.

I've always enjoyed going here for a celebratory dinner. Staff has always been wonderful and the food is phenomenal. I've had a number of entrees over the years and especially enjoy anything they make with scallops! Definitely

Ate there while visiting family at Bucknell. The atmosphere is cold and strange - the walls are covered in odd mirrors that they are selling at ridiculous prices. The service was incredibly slow and they disappeared for so long I had to get up and track our waitress down in the back. My pork chop was tough and hard to cut and the salmon was raw. I would not eat here again.
