My son is legally blind. the host Peyton Ryan held the door open for us and made sure to sit us close to make it easier for him. Our server Shanyha brought us a Braille menu for my son I’m glad these is people out there that look out for us!!!!

Stopped in tonight for a quick bite and sat at the bar. Bartenders, Justine, Devan and Vivian, were all very friendly and efficient.
The bartender Justine was quick and efficient. She was on point, and handled the whole bar section and tables this afternoon. The manager Jessice and server named Jessica helped her bring out a table of 12 their meals they ordered. Food was good.

So today we had lunch at the Royersford Applebees location my brother had ask for a mid well burger when he was served this when approaching the waiter she kindly said she will tell the manager and that she will be back around to say her apologies but she never did as we saw her walk a few times by our table still never said anything having a nasty attitude as well as being rude to her own workers there the manager name was CRYSTAL we believe she has to be approached by a higher manager she was not professional at all but other then the manager situation our waitress who i believe her name was Devon was amazing she did her best to make the situation lighten from the bad tensions AGAIN HER NAME WAS CRSYTAL & something need to be done about smh I did go back and gave Devon a nice tip because she deserved it I hope she leaves there and find a better place to work

I’ve dined at this applesbees location several times and never have had any issues here, until tonight. I commonly come here with my brother in law who is under the age of 21. Knowing restaurant regulations and guidelines, and from being a server and working in restaurants myself, im aware that I need to go to the bar if I want to order any alcoholic beverages since I cannot have alcohol on table with someone underage present. After getting seated and getting our drink orders I went to the bar to get myself a drink and the bartender took my drink order and my id and disappeared for 5-10 minutes. I had to ask multiple people where she went and where my ID was and why I never got it back. The bartender eventually brought my ID back after having to ask several people where it went and I was told they “couldn’t accept my ID”. I asked to speak with the general manager and was told that their system couldn’t process my card. The whole situation had me in disbelief because I have never had a restaurant think my ID wasn’t real. Restaurants like Applebees clearly need to get a identification card reader to be able to actually scan and process drivers licenses because it ruined my whole experience for the night
