It was very cold, I had to wear my coat for the meal. There was a noisy pizza group on the other side of the curtain. I just feel that if we are coming for a nice meal, this side room does not give off the same ambience and warmth of the fine dining side of the restaurant. Was disappointed. Other patrons asked to be moved also but they were turned down too.“

It was another 10 minutes on top of that for my small vanilla latte.The vanilla latte didn't taste like vanilla at all, rather very unsweetened.Maybe a little bit more attention or help on the coffee bar to speed up the drinks a little quicker.Good food except for the hard boiled egg on my avocado toast.I didn't realize it came with that. “I really liked coming here. Great authentic place. The service could have been better but they were definitely trying their best with only 3 employees. You can watch them make your food, we were at the West Shore Farmers Market where we watched one person prep all the ingredients, one person cook, and one person taking all the orders. We got the Empanadas and Taquitos. Everything we got was only $14 for the both of us and we couldn't finish all of it. Both could have used more flavor, but that hot sauce is soooo good they top everything with the red sauce (it's very spicy) but it made everything better. No wait, friendly staff, and in spite of being almost full, the food came up fast, hot, and extremely delicious. Orders were placed at the counter, but they brought the food to the table- on real plates with real silverware- as soon as it was ready. The brick oven pizza was great, the cheesesteaks were good size and extremely delicious (would order again!) and the fries and onion rings were cooked perfectly. Prices were very reasonable and a great value for the money. Wish I had time for dessert as the menu was extensive. In spite of being slammed, and only having a staff of three, they did an incredible job and were still courteous and friendly. “Had reservations for 6 of us. 2 of them had never been here. Wasn't a very good first impression. Once we were seated our drink order was taken rather quickly. We probably sat 30 mins before the waitress came to take our order after asking us if we needed more time. She then excused herself to go to the restroom after telling us she had been there since 10am and didn't have time to go. She could've just gone since we already waited for 30 mins without sharing that. When she returned she went across the dining room instead of coming to take our order. 3 of us got the fish and chips and were very pleased with the size of the fish. But charging .75 for tarter sauce? That's like a condiment and most people use that on fish. 1 of the ladies ordered a bacon cheeseburger. No bacon on the burger. Entrees with 2 sides don't include fries. Instead there's an upcharge of $1.00 or more. Never been to a restaurant where they offer baked or mashed potatoes but you pay extra for fries. Very disappointed with our visit.“
