“I work down the road from this restaurant, so my company frequents it a lot. We keep coming back for a reason. Great service, great food, and attentive staff. The hostess and wait staff make sure you feel like part of the family and are always sure to double check if you have a more specialized order. Haley, Kelly, Jess, Julia, Lauren, and Caleb are all top notch servers, who pay attention to detail and make sure your experience is the best it can be. I would even consider some of the staff to be friends. The updated back room is also BEAUTIFUL! Great job!“

“Here's the scoop! We've been following the Pennsylvania ice cream trail and this was an exceptional place located on a large dairy farm. The is a huge grocery store. I bought knish at the deli. There is a full restaurant. I think there is a buffet. There is a playground, animals to pet. Sunflowers to cut. And there's ice cream. Good variety of flavors. We each enjoyed a single dip. It was early. Not crowded. Plenty of room on the multilevel covered deck.“

“We visit on every trip to Lancaster county. Love their pies, cookies, whoopie pies and especially their dinner and hamburger rolls. They also have good ice cream and will make you a shake. During the summer there is a food truck outside baking pretzels. They're also extremely helpful if there's something special you want they will make it for you, you can either call or order it while you're there and pick up the next day. Coconut cream pie is amazing. Pumpkin pie also amazing, and pumpkin custard pie is seasonal but definitely worth trying.“

“*Edit* The burgers and ice cream were delicious. My daughter loved the Cookie Monster ice cream.No indoor seating still. They just use the inside for storage. When asked they said they closed down for COVID and just haven’t opened yet… it’s 2023. It was over 100° and with babies in tow it made for a very unpleasant experience.“

“I definitely recommend Twisted Sisters - I had the peppermint stick and it was awesome, my kids had the cotton candy. We also tried the pretzels, definitely the best soft pretzel anywhere in the county, I sent my family and friends there to try it. I didn’t try the homemade chocolates yet, they looked really good and had a large selection, but will try them in the future and update when I do! Great customer service, the wonderful employee we had made sure everyone was smiling and happy with their selections.“

“I took my kids to ritas last Friday and was very impressed by the cashier. Although there was quite a line and she apeared to be there by herself she remained very plesent and kept the line moving while still taking time to aknowlege everyone. My kids were not sure what they wanted and she took the time to explain what exactly a blendini (hope I got that right) is and what flavors other kids typically like. If the other employees are anything like this one I'd say ritas knows how to train for great customer service. I will deffinitly be back!“

“We ordered via DriveThru and got the Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie. My goodness this was so good! The vanilla soft serve tasted so light and creamy while the hot fudge and brownie blended in really well with it. The order has brownie bits in it and those brownie bits were soft and easy to eat. You can order in the store or go through the drive thru. We came a few minutes before closing and there was still a few cars ahead of us in line. After trying the Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie here, I can see why! I will definitely come back to try the other flavors once I’m back in town!“
