Have to compliment the staff on their level of service on a BOGO day when the place was packed with a line through the restaurant. Despite the fact that it was a madhouse, everyone was super friendly and there were no issues with service or food.

We walked in with trash on floor while we were waiting in line we observed employees Inproperly dressed . Hair was not kept and no hair net on food production line. New gloves were not being used after every order . Employee was touching many different surfaces with the same gloves as he prepared the food. The employees were observed touching personal cellphones kept on the line with the same gloves as they prepared the food with.

Found this Moe's recently for lunch, and it worked out really well. The food was very good, and we tried their new barria beef tacos. Really enjoyed the new barria beef. Everything we had was piled high with toppings (lettuce, pico, cooked onions & peppers, fresh jalepano's, cheese, etc....) Service was also very good - they took care of us. Great location for us to visit again.

Literally waited 30 minutes for our order past our pickup time and still had to ask them where it was. This location sucks.
This place is ridiculous. They have no idea what they’re doing, if you order food make sure you wait until 20 minutes passed when you set it to pick it up or you’ll stand around waiting. Why even have pickup times if you don’t even actually have the food ready then?
