Horrible experience today in CC, Tx past Roddfield Rd. Went for my lunch break and got my usual, sandwich and smoothie. The lady was extremely rude. I took my food to work and ate it. The sandwich was not the best this time and the smoothie just didn't taste right. I had taken a few sips throughout the afternoon thinking it was just unripe fruit but couldn't continue because it was so gross. I took the smoothie to the sink to dump it and chunks fell out. At first I thought "oh, chunks of banana. that seems normal" but as I was washing the smoothie down the drain the pieces were becoming clearer to me. I touched it to see if it was squishy fruit and it didn't squish. It was pieces of a magic eraser. Looked like they threw it in the blender with my fruits and served it to me. Totally DISGUSTING.

Unfortunately had terrible service and an even worse açaí bowl on Christmas Eve. The employee literally said “I would let this sit out for a bit before eating it”. It was completely frozen solid, everything down to the granola.

Mostly ice. No desire to return.I’m awarding two stars for cleanliness, respectful staff, and ease of ordering in store and online (all of which were great). The product, however, isn’t great. The smoothies seem to be mostly ice, and if you opt to order without the added sweeteners, there is very little flavor.I make my own smoothies every day using only whole ingredients (frozen fruit, fresh greens, avocado, chia/flax seeds, etc.). I never add ice or sweeteners. They’re smooth, flavorful, and packed with nutrients. That’s the taste and consistency I expect when drinking a health-conscious smoothie.

Great staff and management and the food is fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a wrap on the app and realized he ordered incorrectly and the manager graciously replaced it for him. It’s so nice to have great customer service.

I have been trying to receive a refund for an online order since October 2022 and been given the run around by their customer service multiple times. I submitted 5+ tickets on their online site which no one actually ever even checks. I had to message them on Facebook to even get someone to reply. Once they did reply they just gave the same excuse of “they’re working on it”. What kind of national company does it take 3+ months to make a simple refund? Be wise, take your money and business elsewhere and literally NEVER order online with this company or you will be in the same boat as me. You will not only have your money taken, but never receive what you order. I’m not even someone who easily gets upset or confrontational, but I’m done.
