I order from here frequently and overall they are great. However; it took over 20 minutes for the delivery guy to bring ring my pizza, i think it actually took less time to make my order. The driver took 2 other orders and delivered my older last even though I was the closest. Pretty frustrating!

Kyrollos time was polite patience and great customer service and he did amazing on making my pizza just out of this world amazing !Helen was nice polite and wonderful and her customer service was excellent she smell so wonderful parda perfume !George takes his time to cut the pizza and was just very impressed !Kid-friendliness: Just amazing friendly people

Called in the night before and asked for an order of 12 pizzas to go to my son's school for graduation. I asked for the order to be delivered at 1245. Audrey said it would be there, no problem. Next day the driver was 10 minutes late and very rude. When I called and spoke to Audrey. Audrey didnt really care much about my feedback. Im a business owner in Mount Joy that needs to order food from time to time for events. I will now use one of the local shops to do this in the future. Im not impressed!!!!!

We order here frequently and have had mostly good experiences. Just like all restaurants, we have gotten the wrong order a time or two and we have had issues with the app, but it is a convenient option. They usually get our order right and relatively quickly. I believe the wait is usually around 30 minutes. One time, I asked an employee if we can get an extra garlic sauce for some stupid reason like our order number being 1000 and they gave it to me. We did delivery one time and it came in a reasonable time and the driver followed the instructions.

First time we ordered pizza here they gave us the wrong toppings. We thought, accidents happen. Second time we ordered pizza here they gave us the wrong toppings and the wrong crust. Very frustrating, will not be ordering from this location again.

We've ordered online from the Mount joy/Manheim location now and before a few times and have been disappointed a couple times once with not getting the correct order and your driver fixed it and once they forgot half our order so we gave you the benefit of the doubt cause it was a new location but....all we order is our pizza cut a different way then your usual square for the thin crust pizzas..you clearly just ignore it everytime so we ordered it UNCUT figured we would do it ourselves since the pizza is good and still you cut it how you wanted to and barely cut it at all at that it was only cut in some places...your employees clearly don't even read the notes that we've left for our orders when you ask specifically ..the pizza is good otherwise unless you order it exactly how you ask for it!

Ordered a cheese pizza and this is how it came. I’m clearly not coming back, there also lucky I don’t come to the store and throw it at the people making the food. The only good thing about this place was the delivery driver he was a nice older gentleman.
Would recommend this Domino's to anyone. Always get our order correct, on-time, and delicious ?

I got an order for delivery and it came on time and the pizza portion of the meal was good. I ordered an order of the chicken bites one in the bacon tomato and the other in the sweet BBQ bacon. 8.99 each. The chicken was nothing but fat and gristle. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager named Audrey. She apologized and said there is nothing they can do for me. The chicken comes already cooked off a truck. That was 18.00 plus dollars well spent.
