I can understand slow service, but no service? No one brought my order out when told to "pull around". After 15 minutes of waiting, went in to get a refund. Manager with the hair net on his beard got an attitude with me when asking for a refund. Tells me he doesn't have to give me a refund at all. Seriously? I received NO order. Does he think this place is a donation center? I don't frequent McDonald's, this serves as a stark reminder as to why.

My sausage, egg, egg, and cheese Mc griddle was not hot. And they shorted me a hash brown which I didn’t notice till I was down the street overall it was not good.

Sat at the drive thru for 12 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me went through quite fast. I was only getting a drink. Waited, waited. Gentleman picks up a happy meal and another bag full of food and shoves it out the window. No greeting, just in my face. I say that's not mine. He doesn't listen. Again trying to hand it to me. I say that's not mine . He looks up at the screen, starts getting a drink. Knew he did NOT read the order because it wasn't what I ordered. The window was open so I yelled my order in the window. He reaches for a new cup and starts over. Hands me the cup, again without speaking and with no apologies. This isn't rocket science. I then was reminded why I hadn't been to Manheim McDonald's in over a year.

I don’t appreciate being skipped in the drive thru line. The guy said he would be with me in a second and kept taking the orders of other vehicles as they pulled up in other drive thru lane. I was literally ordering a drink. I will spend my money at a different McDonald’s from now on because this one has disappointed me time and time again. The morning crew is actually excellent. The night crew is a joke. I spend way too much money there and go there many times in a day to be treated like that.

I would like to say that last night 12/02/23 around 9:45pm I stopped for some food. I had been at the emergency room with a family member and hadn't eaten.I ordered a large fries and double quarter pounder.It was not very busy at that time of night it took a little bit. The young men working there were very nice and I drove off with my food.To my surprise when I reached into the bag my fries were piping hot and had been salted to perfection.When I arrived home the burger was also prepared fresh and perfect.This was the best McDonald's meal I have been served in many years.Just wanted to let those young men and the owners know.These items were prepared like the employees made this meal for themselves and was an unusually great experience.Thanks for some young employees who still care.
