Where do I even begin? Rosie made our experience with picking our wedding cake absolutely easy, stress free, and fun! She is a miracle worker when it comes to cakes! You tell her your vision, and she will deliver it without a doubt! I’m so thankful with how easy the process was, especially going into the appointment not able to express what my vision was, and she made it work and our wedding cake turned out absolutely stunning and more than I could ever imagine! All our wedding guests loved the look of the cake, but they loved the taste even more! It was so delicious! Im not sure if I’ll be able to wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat the topper! Lol. Rosie did our 4 tier wedding cake on July 3, 2022 and it was amazing! First off, after tasting her cake we knew she was the one, and if anything our wedding cake tasted even better! The cake was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we described to her. Rosie is very professional and was a pleasure to work with. We also rented one of her beautiful cake stands and she delivered our cake to our venue and arranged the fresh flowers we provided on it beautifully. Our guests raved about it afterwards! Also the photo does not at all do it justice but we are waiting on the professional ones!

When we started planning our wedding we thought we would do a dessert other than cake. After tasting Rosie's cake though, we were so blown away by the perfect texture and incredible flavors that we immediately changed our plans. No other cake we sampled even came close to tasting as good as hers, nor as perfectly balanced with their flavors. We were able to have two cake flavors for guests to choose from; the mocha chocolate with kahlua filling as the main cake on display, and a vanilla cake with lemon and raspberry filling. I'm not usually a fan of most chocolate cakes or lemon flavors, but Rosie's cakes are a clear exception because they were absolutely delicious. On top of tasting great, they also looked gorgeous. For our main cake she did a sheer-naked look that incorporated flowers and it fit our aesthetic perfectly.The only thing we would change about getting a wedding cake at Rosie's: Ordering extra! Our guests loved the cake so much that some took seconds right away, and the groom was too busy on the dance floor to eat any. We have the top tier for our one year anniversary, but we might have to make the trip out to her to see if we can order another small one to get both flavors!
