Ordered a cheesesteak with double cooper sharp, fried onions and long hots. It was just ok as the double cheese was on the bottom of the roll and not chopped into the steak. Decent quality on the steak and roll and amount of steak. Only had one bite of a long hot. Place smelled of stale cigarettes and all tables were dirty. Service was very slow but it was just 2 people working.

Special Christmas drinks and cheesesteaks with Amigo Dan. Garibaldi’s is next to Maxi's and they have a connecting inside door. You can take your cheesesteak to Maxi’s or you can take your beer to Garibaldi’s. It’s a big cheesesteak but in the picture you can see that it is dry. Maxi’s has beer but they allow smoking. The bartender was awesome. The young woman at Garibaldi’s was amazing. She made our cheesesteak on a garlic bread roll.

I ordered fries for takeout and I was highly disappointed. The fries were the most soggy fries I’ve had in my life. They need to learn how to pack food properly to prevent food from being soggy.

I had a good experience at Garibaldi's. The entrance isn't screaming come in, but the sandwiches made inside will make you go back. You'll be looking for Maxi's Bar which is located next door and connected via an inside door between the two businesses. I found parking across the street, which was metered! The staff inside was very friendly and helpful. They were passionate about the food and you could tell by the way they described everything to me. The owner was sitting at a table chatting with a couple of old veterans. He was nice and very appreciative for my business. They had a TV inside with the midday news on.The menu had a lot to choose from (burgers, steak sandwiches, chicken, roast beef and meatballs to name a few, but I wanted to see what "THE PORK BOSS" theme on the menu's was all about. I ordered the Hot Hooker at $13.75 - Smoked Hot links (think foot long hot dogs), topped with House pulled pork, mild provolone & bacon, topped with Ghost Pepper BBQ sauce. The sandwich was huge. The bread was fresh, pulled pork was a tad dry, but the bbq sauce made up for it. I would have asked for sharper provolone, but I'm not sure if they had it. The bacon was crispy and the hot links provided a nice kick, but lacked the smoke I was looking for. If they make that BBQ sauce homemade and available for purchase I would be a buyer. Overall it was a huge meaty meal of a 'wich and it held together really well!If I'm in the area I'll return for a second round. The menu is well rounded and the staff knows how to put together a sandwich!

If you don’t know about the gonzo meatball you don’t know a good sandwich! 10/10 food, service, bar next door, what more can a man ask for

They are willing to work with your food taste. Their traditional sauce is a sweet tasting sauce that you can put with your sandwiches. Staff is very friendly. The breading they use is all the same, but for a small place, may be difficult to try to offer multiple options for breads where certain ingredients might go better than with other ingredients. Their sandwiches are reasonably tasty. Not something I'd keep going out of my way for, but not something I'd mind continuing to have either. This place is connected with Maxi's bar, and if one is not a local, they might not know that. This is one of the few places trying to keep Marcus Hook downtown on the map. There's also a florist shop, probably a few spaces can be rented, daycare center, and possibly a few other places on the main street and off to the side. Parking can be restrictive- make sure you read the signs carefully. There are parking meters one can pay and I don't know what the hours are for paying. I believe smoking is no longer allowed inside restaurants and bars in PA even though there is a cigar in the Garibaldi's brand icon.

Stopped in with family for a quick lunch and happy we did. The staff was very welcoming and on point. The chicken parm and The Boss (sausage and peppers) were outstanding. We definitely will be returning customers.
