One scoop of ice cream on reheated waffles that looked like they were sitting around for hours. When requesting fresh waffles, we were told these were just made. For $10, waffles should be made to order. I would be more understanding if they were busy but we were the only customers in the store.

Pros: Great aesthetics, decent food, friendly workers and clean eating areaCons: Poor customer service - no one was manning the register (meanwhile they were literally right beside the register playing games and chatting with one another, it took them a couple minutes to notice us standing there waiting when they finally did look up), cashier shouted over our heads to speak to a friend across the way (even though we were right in front of him waiting on him to take our orders), and I didn't see anyone wash their hands before handling the food.It's a shame because this has the potential to be the next best thing. The workers are nice and friendly but lack the professionalism to run the store and properly do their job.I'm all for workers enjoying their time at work and being in a laid back environment, but please do your job and take care of your customers first before talking and playing around with your friends.

Always a great experience.. waffles are very tasteful. And lightly fulfilling! Love the ambiance of the store and the waffles are a bit more on the gourmet side of things.

Well stopped in here for just some dessert and I was pleasantly surprised that the waffle was nice and soft. The ice cream was very delicious. Overall experience customer service was good and it was quick but the best part about it was man. That was a great dessert and a great choice. Hopefully these guys make it into mall. If you have a chance and you're wanting dessert definitely stop in there and if you like waffles it's even a bonus

Surprisingly scrumptious! Took my family here and honestly we were pleasantly surprised. We went in with low expectations and came out fans of the place! We got something cinnamon and a cookies and creme and both were absolutely delicious! We plan to go back on date night!

LOVED IT!!! I ordered the Cinnabon ton waffle here and it was really delicious- I’m definitely going back. They have Jenga games and connect four at the tables to keep you occupied while waiting, and the register ladies were welcoming and patient while they gave descriptions and recommendations from their menu.
I used to always see homegirl (she the owner I guess) come into the store I work at but I never knew what type of restaurant she had. One day she had on a shirt that read \"Just Waffles Bae\" on the back. She mad cool so I decided to try them out. One of the best decisions I've ever made for taste buds. That waffle was jumping. The ice cream was alright but that waffle was hitting different. The waffle was so jumping that I but a JBW cup, not to drink out of but as a souvenir.

I had the Cinnabon Ton and Cookie Pageant and both were amazing! The owner was super nice and the vibe is so homey and comfortable! If I could give more stars then I would!
