Some people could care less how they do their job. 4th time in a row they messed up a simple order. When ordering off door dash you select the tabs of what you want. An elementary student could follow the ingredients. Nothing worse then messing with people's hard earned money and not caring what they get in return. It's called a round egg! We don't want your lab made rubber eggs.

Every single time we go through the drive through they make us pull into a parking spot and wait. The one time we ordered just one fry and we still had to wait in a parking spot. Definitely is not “fast” food. It’s super annoying. For now on I will just go to the Elysburg location.

I use to work at mcdonalds and the fact that these managers make these kids serve all the orders before their actually handed out so they can make time is ridiculous. I waited 17 minutes in lobby for 2 sandwiches that sat in a warmer while other orders constantly went out. Kids on their phones and using their unwashed hands to make drinks/food. The WORST mcdonalds I've ever encountered in my 28 years.

Once again this particular location cannot seem to get my order correct! I ordered a steak, egg and cheese McMuffin with no butter or sauce. I like this sandwich because it comes with a round egg, instead of those nasty fake scrambled ones. When I got home and checked my order, it was a steak, scrambled egg and cheese BAGEL with butter and sauce! This is at least the 3rd time this same order has been screwed up! They never offer to give me my money back. They want you to drive back in order to get a replacement sandwich, which isn't always practical. Then they say, "Oh just come back tomorrow and we'll give you a new one." Unfortunately, when I did go back the Mgr never put my name at the registers, so I wasn't able to get another one.
Bathroom floors were covered in oil. So slippery we almost fell entering the bathrooms. Waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea (that i had to get myself), iced coffee and a medium fry. Never will i visit this McDonald's again.

Under staffed, long wait, unclean, nobody at the front registers for about 4-5 minutes, dirty tables, nobody cares and nobody cares that nobody cares. My cheeseburger was good though.
