As a pizza cook we decided to try this place again since it was under new ownership. The pizza sauce is terrible, cheese is cheap, crust was way overstretched so that the pizza barely fit in the box and box smashed the crust, sauce was all the way to the edge of the pizza so that when it baked the crust actually burnt. Not even on the same level as Doughboy’s in McKees Rocks.

We were across the street to see a show & decided to stop in. We were charged $2.00 extra because we chose to “dine-in” and they have some kind of service fee. Do yourself a favor and go up the street where you can eat inside for free, or just call somewhere to have it delivered and pay the $2. Who ever heard of a “dine-in” fee?

The best pizza I have ever had! It was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I have tried many pizza places but none compare to the quality and taste of Gavino’s Pizza. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend :)

WOW! I just ordered a large pizza and it’s excellent! The dough and sauce is amazing. The new management has definitely improved this shop from the food to them just simply being extremely friendly. Very excited to have a great pizza shop right next door to work. I can only see this place going up from here glad to see this place moving forward. I will now recommend to all family and friends.

Had to edit my review since they changed ownership. The quality of the food has went down drastically, but the prices went up a lot. So disappointed because this was my favorite pizza shop.My family, not my choice, is determined to get good food from here BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ! Ordered from here a couple weeks ago, hoagie with fries on it. Came without fries. Called again tonight, asked them to put fries on the hoagie. She says "the hoagie comes with fries already". GUESS WHAT ? NO FRIES AGAIN. They do not care about customer service. They sent fries after we called, which by the way had to be heated in a microwave because they are so hard. Not even edible.

My wife ordered buffalo chicken with mushrooms instead we got a chicken pizza with fries this pizza is just not a one star it's a -5 star the pizza it self is nasty but the amount that we paid should be a felony and when we called back they offered a discount on the next order there won't be a next
