Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins w/3 cars in front of me. Placed by order (Mexican Pizza), get back to work and it's wrong, and not cooked. I've been trying to call the store for almost 2 hours now to get a refund and the phone rings, then disconnects. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Every time I go there are bunch of rude workers to spoil mood . They feel like donating the food instead of we buying them. They either throw the food into car or hand it and immediately close the window, no proper response on what we ask. They miss all requirements we make. I don't know why management doesn't care even after so many negative comments. They need to seriously look into it.
Nice remodeled place that's been here since I was a kid, cool place to take my son and have a quick little meal, the staff was friendly.

I was hungry for Mexican food and I was near a Taco Bell so I decided to try it since I haven't eaten there in many years. My mistake! Whatever meat mixture is used on the beef tacos is unrecognizable as real beef. It doesn't even have the texture of beef. The best thing they could do is use real beef or close their doors.

I hate to leave a poor review, but every time I go here they give me a chicken quesadilla instead of a cheese. Even though they even read back to me that I ordered cheese. This has been dozens of times over the years. Today was the first time ever that I actually drove back to get the right thing after I got home, because half of my entire order was wrong. And they managed to still mess up the fixed order! There are tons of locations in the area, avoid the Steubenville Pike location unless you like to wait in line for 30 minutes for the wrong thing and waste your money.

Stopped by at 12:32 to someone that only looked like 13 with pajamas on and said they are not open and no sign at the door don't go there I hope management will do something

the drive thru worker was condescending when I tried confirming my order multiple times. I didn't see my nacho fries in the bag, so I said "hey we got the grilled cheese nacho fries and i'm not seeing them in the bag, they come in a box?" to which she rudely made me feel dumb for asking and said "they're in there, we don't do the box".needless to say they were not in there and she didn't even take down the order right. I got a burrito. no nacho fries.

Every single time time I come to this Taco Bell at night I have the worst experience. Theres always teenagers working that are rude, mess up my order and rush me while ordering. Its ridiculous it’s to the point that im going to avoid this place because the employees are awful.
