I went through the drive through for lunch and the cashier was great! Very friendly and kind. My food was awful my bun was so greasy and hard eww the fries were burnt and hard and my nuggets I only got 3. My co worker order she got a salad and the cheese was melted all over the chicken and lettuce. This was awful and I would say check ur food before u leave the drive through cause if not u maybe disappointed like I was when I got back to my office.

Lady who took my order in the drive thru had no clue what she was doing, and extremely quiet. She put in my order wrong, I knew because it was less that what it usually is. When I ask to confirm if she got it right she said yes, went to pay and asked to confirm it again and she said yes. Up the road and realized nothing was right. When I went inside to get the right order the lady had ear buds in. They also had the balls to try and upcharge me because of THEIR mistake. Even when I got my food it was horrible. Baconator was lukewarm, borderline on cold. The fries were cold, soggy, and mushy. Not only my worst Wendy's experience, but the worst customer service in my life.

Nothing like having to drive thru a cloud of weed smoke to get to the menu to order. Then I get a luke warm hamburger, yummy. Small fry portion, but at least they were hot. What a joke this place is. I see Wendy's standards on hiring have hit rock bottom.

How, and I cannot stress this enough is this place STILL in business. I’ve never encountered more lazy, rude people in my life. We ordered, gave them a QR code to scan and the dude said “we can’t scan those” they’re LITERALLY released by Wendy’s, he said we had to go home print it out and come back, we still received the wrong order and their answer was “well that’s what we gave you” hahaha, seriously, stay away from this dump

Got an apple pecan chicken salad for lunch & the chicken was not cooked though. It is gummy & has a pinkish tint to it. I’m not eating it. Waste of time & money…. and now I don’t have lunch.

Most of the other reviews for this location have summarized it well, but I'll add my 2 cents, too.This particular location is the worst I've encountered in the whole Pittsburgh area.... Similar to the McDonald's just across the road, actually.You're 3 or 4 times more likely to get your order messed up than correct, be it a missing item or the item itself having issues (asking for no tomato but still getting it, cold fries, etc.) It's downright pathetic that this ONE location can have the same issue for YEARS, and never seem to improve.The food (when correct) is generally fine. It's a national fast food chain, after all. Heck, the ambiance is pretty good if you do decide to sit inside. They remodeled years ago now, but it still feels 'nice.' But again, it's pretty amazing that they so consistently fail in their main objective of preparing food.

Can I give a zero star? If I could give a negative star I would. Im pretty positive at this point that this Wendy’s is using the same hiring criteria as the Kennedy McDonalds.Tonight I ordered through the Wendy’s app and decided to give delivery a shot. The food took way longer than estimated and when it finally arrived it wasn’t even close to what we ordered. So now I have $50 tied up in the Wendy’s ecosystem.Now, things happen and I’m reasonable, so I called the restaurant thinking “maybe they will just remake the order and I’ll pick it up.” Instead, the woman on the phone rudely told me that the driver lied and gave me incorrect food. Sorry about your luck, take it up with door dash. No customer service want so ever. No accountability at all.The only positive is that when I called door dash they immediately issued a ticket to Wendy’s requesting a refund. We will see if the money is actually returned.In the end, avoid the Kennedy Township Wendy’s like the plague. It has gone way down hill and is getting worse.
