“We were in Meadville for the total eclipse. The population of this little tiny town swelled during this time. We went to the Pampered Palate 3 times during our short stay. We first went there after I googled ’best coffee in Meadville’. It was very good coffee. We went back later for lunch and had terrific sandwiches. And, again the next morning for coffee and a donut. All the food was very good. But, mostly, I would like to say how pleasant everyone was. I doubt they ever get as crowded as they were on the day of the eclipse, but everyone continued to be friendly and I’m sure they were exhausted. Thank you, Pampered Palate for everything.“
“I took an assortment of big cookies to a family birthday dinner last night. We put a knife out so people could sample the different kinds . Remarks were so cute; this is my favorite, no this is my favorite, this tastes just like a cinnamon bun, these are so good.“

“I am absolutely baffled as to why this wonderful establishment has only a 2 star rating. As for good food, good service, cleanliness, and friendless, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Not only the waitress (who gave me a mascara recommendation because she had lashes for daysss) but also the manager were super nice and actually CARED how our food and service were. Excellent. I'd choose them over Cracker Barrel any day - especially if they started selling sundresses.“

“We just stopped here on our way to see the eclipse. They were out of doughnuts and we were sad. But we ordered some drinks and were planning to just hang. Then the worker came out and offered to fire up the machine to make us some. THEY WERE SO INCREDIBLY KIND. Cannot recommend enough“

“I don't know about you, but I'd rather eat at a good local sandwich shop than a national chain fast food place. This place serves up good old-fashioned sandwiches, hot and cold, using freshly made bread. I had a BLT, and hubby got the Buffalo chicken grilled cheese sandwich. Both are done simply and well. Could not resist adding a slice of cheesecake, which was delicious and huge. The sandwich shop is inside and in the back of a copy and printing business and has no "atmosphere" to speak of. It has a few tables for eating in, but we took our order to go anyway. I would definitely order from here again. Thanks, Yelp, for helping us find this place!“
