The food at this restaurant has been mediocre at best since my family and I to the area in 1999... 25 years now! I am never impressed, no matter what I get.The inside is old and way out of date. The last improvement was probably 20 years ago (extended the deck and built the events space, which obviously doesn't improve the restaurant).They close the restaurant from December through March.The location itself is incredible, but it's clearly in the hands of the wrong owner. They need someone who a) can deliver a better menu and b) invest money into improving the building.I have speculated for years that the lease on that restaurant is probably WAY under market and just overlooked by the township government. I went through the Hampden Township financial statements looking for details but could never find anything on their reported lease income from that property.Anyways, just a shame b/c that location has incredible potential.

I had the salmon salad with their vinaigrette dressing. The dressing was different from what I'm used to, but it was very good. The waiter was very nice and came back a couple of times to see if we needed anything and to refill drinks. The others that I was with, had chicken wings, that looked deli it and the waffle fries looked good, too. The ambiance, what can I say it is a bar/restaurant at a golf course, but very nice pace.

Nice golf course restaurant. We were there on a rainy day so did not get to enjoy the views of the course. Food was good. The French onion soup was flavorful with no shortage of onions. The wings were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. They have 3 kinds of fries. You choose from traditional, crinkle or waffle. The Thanksgiving sandwich was good as well. Service was fast and friendly.

Outdated inside. Table was dirty.. Waiter was good. Asked for no onions and found one onion stuck to my roll. I am thinking the cook did this on purpose. I have allergies to onions. I wanted pot roast burger but it was not available even though it was on the menu. Hostess that seats you playing on her phone. If I owned this establishment I would be firing some workers. I will not return to this restaurant.
