Always a pleasure, excellent food. Our server, Bill always makes it a pleasant experience, his friendliness, courtesy and professionalism make Carrabba’s our favorite restaurant. Manager Ryan runs an excellent restaurant, always clean and welcoming. All the staff seems to be “one cut above “ In today’s world a welcome pleasure.

Last time... all 5 stars... this time, not so much. Waitress didn't know we were in her section, so we waited until someone realized that we were still waiting. Ok... honest mistake. Moving forward, I had to ask for the bread, our meals came before our salads, no offer of more bread, and we felt as if we were being rushed out with no offer of dessert. A mere $8 taken off the bill. Very disappointing this evening.

We were seated promptly but then waited 10 minutes wthout being acknowledged. Not good! Restuarant was not excessively busy. Returned our menus to hostess and advised we were not acknowledged. She asked where we were sitting. i showed her the location of our seats, but then there was not even an apology from the hostess for an unfortunate dining experience. Not good! Unfortuntely it our last visit to Carrabba's

The restaurant itself is very nice however the food leaves much to be desired. The chicken in the chicken parm was over-cooked. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were just okay.The waiter forgot to bring the soup/salad out prior to the meal and tried to blame it on kitchen staff.

Ok you can see the owner response. It was just a dummy web site. NO contact. Now I feel insulted!On Saturday the 23rd we went there before Jesus Christ Superstar at the Hershey Theatre. My wife got egg plant parmigiana and got very ill during the show. I got spaghetti and meatballs and it just wasn't very good.I hope the economy is not ruining another great restaurant.Parking: NA
I did not care for the Tiramasu. Chocolate shavings have no place on that. Cocoa Powder or Expresso powder. Our server Autumn was phenomenal!!
