Ordered 2 dozen off the app on 12/20/2023 at 6:13pm. Went to pickup and they said they were all out. Requested a refund at the drive-thru and they told me I have to go through the app. I went home and requested through the app and over a month later I have still not been refunded the $23.98. This place will steal your money! Do not go here.

First they should get ZERO. Went to Dunkin Donuts to get donuts and they only hand vanilla? The lady taking me and my wife's order was very unprofessional and rushing us along when I could clearly see them doing NOTHING inside, just sitting around. Money isn't something you should throw away in today's world. Dont come here.

First time to this location ... it's a remodeled bank so the parking lot and the inside are a little strangely laid out.The inside was very clean as well it should be but there aren't a lot of places to sit. on the other hand, we suspect this is mostly a take-out place as we sat and chatted for about 30 minutes before we got tired of talking over the too-loud music in the seating area.The service was relatively quick but the gal gave us a chocolate glazed instead of a chocolate frosted; when I went back, she just gave us the chocolate frosted but I was surprised this happened to begin with. The selection of donuts at noon on a weekend wasn't terrific -- mostly glazed, some chocolate glazed, chocolate frosted, and some jelly-filled. When I went back to get the chocolate frosted, I saw an entire other cart of donuts that was over by the drive-through window that we hadn't seen when we walked in. Darn !!Overall, a good experience and I'm sure this location does a heck of a drive-through / take-out business. It was not particularly warm or comfortable to just sit so even though very clean, we probably wouldn't go back and sit.
