Still my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. They have so many vegetarian options the the other places don't offer. They also will happily customize their dinners for you.Kid-friendliness: Fun colorful atmosphere for kids. Sometimes they mariachi which is fun too!
I ordered the beef taquitos, and they were so overcooked. The beef inside was dry, hard, and crunchy. I barely finished one. Couldn't eat the other two. The beans and chips were good. First time I had a "bad" experience at an El Rodeo. Service was good.

After multiple visits: This is the worst of the El Rodeo. This is the one with the slow waitresses who are busy chatting with each other. There is always an issue with the soda fountain regardless of selection. It's cramped. I get the feeling that this location is an afterthought.
