I have been eating here for years. Stopped on my business trip to have dinner. Sat at bar for 15 minutes and never received service. Did not even see an employee. Finally got up and left. Very disappointing as I've ate lunch there off and on for 12 years.

Their food and portions are not worth the ridiculous prices for a sandwich and soup. Recently ate lunch there, my son had half sandwich and soup. The sandwich was a very small slider at best for $15.99? and the soup was missing a ladel or two. I had a wrap which I asked for no tomato, well they held the lettuce and cheese too!! Chicken salad was way to much mayo. I upgraded to potatoe salad for additional $3.50, to the wrap of.$13.99 already! Well, never got the potatoe salad. Made sure bill reflected that. Service was poor for only 6 tables and at least 3 servers. I do not mind paying the new restaurant prices, but I expect good service, nice portions and a correct order! I will never go back, not any location.

Absolutely shameful…. Not only did we not get what we ordered for take out, but 4 sandwiches and a broccoli salad for $67 is robbery. Maybe I could justify it when service and servings all awesome, but not the case. No wonder why the store had more employees than customers

The Mallard was really good. The pricing was the same for diner style restaurants. Though I could have had a better value for money at Dad's Garage.Monday night there was only one server, one cook (it's an open kitchen) and one busboy. We were told to wait to be seated but since they were understaffed it took forever to be seated. The "hostess" was doing the busboy/kitchen cleaning and was in no way welcoming at all. At least our waitress was friendly and did her best despite being the only server there. The atmosphere was bleak, the music barely audible, the interiors were ok for a diner style, yet the "paintings" at the wall look like they were old photocopies. My s.o. had good memories of this place from 10 years ago and we went for the sake of it, but it was not as nice in this branch, I think. If they can't afford a hostess, then just let people seat themselves. It felt more like I was eating at an Arby's. I really want restaurants in Mechanicsburg to do well, so Isaac's has to up their game.Parking: It's next to a Hampton Inn so plenty of parking

Nice place. Only get fries if you're eating in though. They get soggy quickly in takeout containers.

Impressed with the service as our waitress admitted half of the one sandwich fell on the floor so she only brought out half at first so it wouldnt get cold while they remade the 2nd half of the sandwich. Some places wouldn't do that. They would either let the one half sit there while making the new half or jstu serve the dirty half(very rare im sure) Also the food was very tasty and quick for how busy the restaurant was.

We had the pepper jack tomato soup and it was phenomenal! It was so good, we ended up coming back for dinner the next night so we could have another bowl of the same soup.

I've worked near this Isaac's and grabbed lunch here for 20 years a couple times per week. The last few months it has really gone downhill. The customer service here was always impeccable. Lately they've stopped saying Thank you they just throw you your bag to go zero courtesy during interactions. The manager is too busy berating people to even notice. Today the girl who rang me out was so bothered she had to wait on my food to be ready. She walked off. Eventually someone grabbed it and tried to have me pay again. They are now charging a 3% charge for credit card transactions and they stopped asking for your loyalty number. When you call in an order they tell you how long till its ready but lately its never ready by 15 mins at least. Just really sad to see the state of this place as I've loved it for so long for a quick lunch.

Stopped at Hampton Inn for the night & Issacs was next door…I have not eaten at Issacs since the ‘90s in Indiana, PA & was shocked to see it…the food did not disappoint…my soup & sandwich were very good..the pretzel bites with beer cheese were great…my so chicken quesadilla was also very good…we enjoyed summer cocktails which were tasty…if staying at Hampton show your room key for 15% off…will stop again if in the area..

Poor service. This is the beer I was served, not even a full glass. Reuben? Cold corned beef and sauerkraut on dry toast. Great Tater Tumblers. Worth going back for, but the rest? Not so much ?

We enjoy the craft beer at Isaac’s. The sandwiches and salads are tasty. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside. Save room for dessert! The funnel fries are delicious!

Cool place with lots of room and parking. Food is always great at Isaac's. Kid friendly. Good for a quick bite, take out or spend an afternoon with some tall ones. Recommended for the great atmosphere... A must visit if in the area.
