Went on a school field trip with my kids and the owners are fabulous. Very nice and their daughter, I believe, was very helpful with my toddler. It absolutely warmed my heart for her kindness. I will definitely try another event there! A must go

Great experience! We had so much fun as a family! We weren’t there just for a cake, but also the experience, so we didn’t mind paying a little extra. However, the owner was amazing and they treated us so well! Super fun place! They also really give to their community schools. Keep up the great work with the schools!

One of the few places to go and actually enjoy a kiddie birthday party! So much to choose from and the staff help so much. The actual cupcakes were delicious! Can’t wait to go back and decorate a cake!

It was a fun time. But holy is it expensive, you end up spending a lot of money for what it is. Didn’t really feel worth the price point. Be aware the price is a lot.Just wanted to edit my review, based on what the owner has responded with. I think the response shows the poor taste but it was only my opinion. I do think the prices were not entirely worth what it was.

I attended the Decorating Cookies with Santa with my granddaughters 7 & 9.It was a great event. The studio was decorated for Christmas and Santa visited each table and also sat in his chair and took pictures with the kids. The event was very organized and festive. My granddaughter suggested playing Christmas music! ?

My friend and I came here last summer. It is over priced but the kids had fun. My friend recently took her son there for a class and he has a disability. I’m disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism the teacher showed to a person with a disability. My friend doesn’t do social media so I’m posting for her. From mother of son with a disability:I was not impressed with the class my son participated in. He has a learning disability so I stood near him and was told I wasnt allowed to stand there. When my other son went to check on him he was scolded! I will not be going back or recommending this place because discrimination with a disability shouldn’t be happening in an environment that’s suppose to be fun!

I would say 2 stars . Been there two times and I would say it is OK . First time there went for a school trip. Dont think they were as organized as they should have been but considering it is basically kids running the place they seemed to try and be as professional as possible. I did not like the fact before they handed out the supplies to the anxiously waiting kids , they proceeded to give a long speech on how they were there all hours of the night preparing. Separating the fondant and baking the cakes. Like why did they have to sit there and hear all that , not like it was charity, we actually paid for our kids school trips . Didn't feel like there was much verbal instructions giving to the kids. Then my child was invited a second time for a party. Even though I had not paid for it , what the person paid I think was a little over priced. Again the event was ran by kids and no adults. Just sounded like a repeat over and over from asking 4 times how many pizzas they wanted. The pizza was not cut in equal size slices They made the kids feel rushed telling them every 3 minutes how much time they had left. " You have 27 minutes left , you have 24 minutes left , you have 21 minutes left". Ok yeah it was nice to give a friendly reminder once or twice , a 10 minute and a 5 minute reminder but not during the whole time. So kids were rushing and then she says , oh well you guys can finish decorating while you eat your pizza. They went from rushing them to BAM , you still have plenty of time.Worse part about the whole experience to me was , not just the bad tasting soda fountain that tasted like the lines have not been clean but the slushy vote. I don't know about other parents but I think it is rude to have my kid have their cell phone instead of giving their birthday friend undivided attention. So they have a paper on the table and tell the kids to pull out their cell phones and scan it and register to vote them number one on Penn live. Besides the fact they are pretty much briving for votes to get a high rating, I don't think it was fare for the kids who don't have cell phones . Half the kids could vote , half the kids couldn't, therefore half the kids left out of slashes. So then I offered to buy any child who didn't have a phone so they were jot left out and they are almost $6 each for one you can get a sheetz or 7/11 for a dollar. Why would they not prepare the parents before dropping their kids off about the app or hang it on the door rather then announcing it to a group of kids and get them excited for something they may not even be able to get. I think maybe the place would do better had there be a little more adult involvement and not ran by kids. But give the girls credit for doing their best. The kids themselves were not effected by none of this , they seemed to of had an ok time. But don't think they would know the difference between their cake / cupcakes and ones bought from walmart Bakery. Better off buying undecorated cupcakes and decorating supplies , ordering a few pizzas from a pizza place instead of tbeir frozen pizza and saving yourself a few hundred dollars . Oh and one last thing , be prepared for them to anounce 20 minutes before your party is over infront of everyone to go pay the remaining balance . Could they not pull you aside and kindly ask to pay their bill let alone wait until after the party was over . Why announ e it so loudly infront of everyone. Just unprofessional.

We went here for my daughter's 7th birthday party on a Friday evening...it was a great experience. We were able to meet the owner and her daughter who was our party helper..they were both wonderful. They were so nice, helpful, sweet and kind. Each child got a decent sized cake and alot of things to decorate with! The cupcakes we purchased were so good! We will be going back, that's for sure!!Ashley

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Really awesome business model. We got to pick a cake, icing, and toppings to make a designer cake. The staff helped show us what to do on how to decorate and what tools to use. By the time we were done, my wife and I wanted to make another! My kids made cup cakes that were delicious and gone before we left! If you can, go for the chocolate fondant, tasted like a tootsie roll. We will be going back!

I was not really sure what to expect when I booked a family cake war event. We had 3 kids ages (16-19) who came with us. We had to come up with a creation that went with a theme the studio picked. We all had such a great time..we laughed at each others creations or not so well creations for our cake. Once the time was up their daughter Jubilee picked the cake that was her favorite. I thought that was a nice touch because let's face it.....we are not professionals! We had interaction with the staff and owner and all were very friendly and professional. I am hoping to be able to book another event soon! Thanks for a fun evening!

This place was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called to get the balance remaining on my child’s birthday party, the person whom I was speaking with rudely said, “I don’t know the balance. I don’t have it just sitting in my back pocket”. This place is money hungry and doesn’t care about the experience one bit. I also believe they have children under the age of 8 working there. When I went to the front desk there was no one available other than that child. And while our private party was going on, one of the workers made it a point to tell me about paying the remaining balance in front of everyone. Even though I called prior to make sure I handled the payment. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

We did the wine barrel cake decorating with wine flights. Such a fun event! Everyone was super nice, helpful and fun. The cheese and grape tray we got during class was also yummy

We came to PA just to visit this place. It was completely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive! My daughter was in her element here. She wants to be a baker and from the time we arrived to the time we left we felt like family! My 6 year old loved decorating cupcakes and cookies and seeing the Easter bunny! My 15 year old decorated a cake and cookies! There is something for everyone! Everyone was extremely friendly and answered every question we had. We will definitely be returning! Added bonus we ate everything on Easter and it was all delicious!

Booked the little mermaid cake making, it was great. Ariel made an appearance to take pictures with the kids and visited each table. The owner also came around to see if we needed anything, what a fun and personable woman. Would definitely recommend booking a workshop. They also offer a BYOB date night. Think that will be our next appointment.
