For the price we paid, food portions were off... needs to be cleaner, and watched fry cook go to bathroom wirh his apron on. Gross! We were very disappointed in the whole experience. Staff at counter was very helpful and nice.

I placed a mobile order today and the Pepsi tasted flat had a taste like cleaner in it no ice I have tried calling got no answer there was no carbonation in my soda ethier might wanna check it out ?

Horrible horrible!!!! Placed order in app. Picked up and got home 2 of the 4 sides missing. So called customer service. What a fiasco there! Took all my information then forward me to another person. Once again they asked for my information. Wth!!! While on that call found a wad of hair in the macaroni and cheese?. Only got credit for $5 and change. Only could eat 1 of the 4 sides. $54.99 was my bill. Credit $5. Not worth it!!!!! After finding wad of hair was seriously questioning rest of foods edibility. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Window's and tables were dirty.. Service sucked.. stood in the lobby for 25 minutes for our order to be taken and they looked at us and ignored us.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece chicken and got home to only 2 pieces in the box. Didn't call because it was late, and I didn't want to go back out, and we were leaving the area the next day, so credit couldn't help. Not sure if we will go back next time we are there.

Terrible terrible service. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby just for my food along with others. Employees just stood around in the back doing nothing. They said they were waiting on the chicken to be done cooking but it had come out 10 minutes before and still no order. Not only was the wait long when i expressed my concern the employee had just ignored me and walked away.

Slow very slow been sitting here in the drive thru for 15 min then pulled around the side and have so far waited another 15 min. This is ridiculous watching other people get their food and go and we are still waiting.

The food was ok, standard KFC, but $15 for a 3-piece combo meal is extortion. I could get one for $8 two years ago and inflation isn't at 50%. I know fast food has gotten more expensive, but I feel this location is charging much more than other KFCs.
